i didn't take it that way. remember when gabi had her miscarriage, she was upset and had susan grab her ultrasound pictures for her to take in the ambulance? she obviously did care about that baby. i think she was more concerned that carlos ONLY wanted to stay married to her if she had a baby, like he was blackmailing her with the anullment. once he chose gabi over having children, she knew that he loved her and thought of her as more than a baby-making machine.

ITA ~ that's how I took it too....when they were in church, she was playing with the baby in front of her too.

i agree too.....once you BECOME pregnant, it certainly could change your mind. altho, it'll be interesting to see HOW long it'll take to happen. I know they are signed on for 7 seasons....so, we'll see....

I hate what they did to Gaby's character.

After being adamant many times about not wanting kids, she hugs Carlos and says "I want to have a baby with you."

So...a woman who does not want kids will cave in if you pester her enough. How insulting. I know its just a tv show, but I found that offensive and sexist.

I'll be tuning into another station Saturday nights. That show just lost a viewer. I think the rest of the storylines stink too, by the way.

But, I agree with you, I don't think I'm going to watch anymore. Aside from Bree's "black man" remark I didn't find the episode entertaining at all. Last week's wasn't great either. It took me until tonight to watch this week's because I didn't even really have a desire to see it. Besides, my favorite character is a homophobic "bigot" and an accomplice to murder.

That storyline aside, I was getting bored with the show anyhow and think it has "jumped the shark."
I liked Book of Daniel better, but unfortunately that's axed.

The Scrren Actors Guild Awards are on tonight at 8-10 pm on TNT as well as TBS. TNT will also rerun the SAG's at 10 pm tonight in case you can't see them earlier. I'm not a big fan of Award shows, but it's better than a rerun I guess!

AND, with superbowl next week...guess it won't be on for 2 weeks....at least! oh well......
i did see the ladies on E! True Hollywood Story tonight...well, bits and pieces anyway.......it was following their careers....interesting....

I think that's why a lot of the shows that ran this past Friday were also reruns. Jay Leno, Letterman, Regis and Kelly were all repeats I noticed.

Okay, now I'M ...cuz of the Super Bowl, NO Desperate Housewives tonight.....going to jump right in to Grey's Anatomy...which is a good show, but if I had to choose to watch one or the other, I'd choose DH. Oh well, guess it'll be new the NEXT two weeks after tonight.....

For those of you watching the Super Bowl, they've had some cute DH commercials involving some NFL players I think in the one, Jerome Bettis says he is a 'Bree.'
