it IS odd...and, I don't want to ruin the show for others...so, I'm dying to talk about it, and I can't!!! anyways....the flipside is I probably WON'T be able to stay up till Eagles game is over tho...but, I'd much rather have seen DH than football game....and I love the Birds! I think the hotel guy will be a key in this at some point too. They made too much of a point to show his concern with her. The time thing was interesting too - I don't know why they made such a point to show what time it was.

ummm....have not seen it yet...but probably showed the amount of time passed for two reasons: 1. to show that there had been enough time to pass to account for them "doing it"...and 2. Maybe wanted to show that they didn't really take too much time "doing it"...meaning maybe he wasn't very good...(thus her sitting in a chair looking at him..did she seem happy?)...or it wasn't so great that they wanted to bask and frolick all night long, instead it was a fixed period of time.

And, as far as the guy who played Caleb....I do believe he looks a LOT like the sick guy on House last night, but it was NOT him.... from the Guest Cast from the show House from last night: "Vicellous Shannon as Carnell Hall"....oh well...everyone has a double....somewhere!

continuing to be off topic... I LOVE HOUSE!!!!!! Has anyone else ever seen Hugh Laurie in the Jeeves and Wooster series???? I love that too..sooooo totally opposite his role on House....have a British hubby...so love a lot of those old/new british shows/mysteries

Oh how I love Nov sweeps Slow start but DH is starting to get good!
And I'm sorry but how can Bree not see how creepy George is??

I must admit, this throws me as well....they always kinda paint Bree as the "brainy...anal..think things through way too much" kinda gal, and now here she is..jumping into another relationship so quickly after Rex....aint really buying it!!!!

yeah, but it doesn't really surprise me...it would SO tie her character down, would really take some of the punch out of her antics...think about it, ifin she did some really crazy stuff, wouldn't some of you get mad and say "oh my gosh, she's got a small baby now, she can't be doing stuff like that"....thus...no baby

Actually, I really like the actress....I think that her character just represents that person who...nothing really ever goes right for them, and I can relate to that....maybe they have just gone a little overboard with it, but that is the writer's fault, not hers IMO...

I think the BBC in America station still shows it from time to time as does the PBS stations.....absolutely adore it...have all of them on tape.



OMG!!! I am sitting here catching up...the show where it starts out with all of George's Ex's giving a reason why they won't sleep with him and then slamming the door in his face....did anyone else notice that the 2nd woman to slam the door was the actress that play's Mary Alice's VOICE???!!!!! That is hysterical...she finally got some screen time!!!


okay...saw the clock part. I guess it wasn't really the face of someone who had not been satisfied...it was more of a smirk I thought....okay, I'm with you guys now, not really sure about the significance of it..other than just showing the transition of time...time on clock, and time that Bree had moved on as well, with creepy George. Currently am watching Edie and Susan talking in yard with water hose....SPRAY HER!!!!!! SPRAY HER!!!!!!..please spray her...

Now...don't know if all the rumours of unrest on the set and jealousy and fights and all are true, but I can see why Nicollette would be a little sad and jealous. I mean her airtime is almost ZIP!!! They definately are not equal as far as airtime for sure...although I notice how one will revolve around the office stuff with whozit's, then the Bree/George stuff, then the other stuff, Susan, new neighbors, yada, yada....when is the last time Edie had something juicy??? Not really since they dumped poor Ms. Huber....


Okay...finished...ALL CAUGHT UP!!!!....now, glad Bree grew a brain, but ya gotta admit, at least THIS time, he did have a little bit of a right to be jealous. I mean girls....how many of you are out with a fiance or boyfriend/hubby...and ask some guy you "say" you have not seen in forever, and all of a sudden you just go..."hey....wanna dance?"...on the other hand George is a nutter!!! Hope she finds out about the burning car.

The scenes for next week look good and juicylicious!!!! Looks like Georgie is gonna take Bree hostage or something..

ITA. I love Susan, she's my favorite. Allthough maybe it's because she reminds me so much of myself. Everything always goes so wrong for her and she's so clumsy. I do sometimes get annoyed at her mothering skills. It would be nice if she was a little less self absorbed and started being the mom instead of making Julie mother her. But, look at her mom and you can see the problem.

I had to come and share with you guys....

there is a guy in my history class who looks EXACTLY like John from desperate housewives.

And don't get me wrong, I'm not the type to look at other guys, I love BF very much and all that jazz

But for the purposes of just 'looking' this guy makes my history class worthwhile!

I have no idea what his name is, me and my friends just call him 'desperate housewives man'.

Poor guy, he probably wonders why the weird girl in the corner keeps looking at him!
