Could the pregnancy be Bree's "in real life pregnancy"?
I'm pretty sure it was said that Marcia's pregnancy would not be written in. But I could totally see her belly in last night's episode. Several times.

who sent the flowers to Gabbie?
I thought it was Carlos trying to mess with her, but he's really not acting like it is. So it could be John, the gardner. Is that his name, John? But who's this guy that Gabby was with last night. Was he introduced before the break? I totally don't remember him.

I have no idea. I wasn't sure if I missed something about, but I guess not. I thought for sure she was going to kill herself in Bree's bedroom in front of all her guests. I have to say that I really hope Orson doesn't turn out to be a killer because I really like him. :rolleyes1 It seems like all the mystery is surrounding Alma now.

you know, it would be something if it turned out that Alma killed Monique...and pulled the teeth stunt to frame Orsen......very interesting how her storyline was played out....

Some anti-psychotic medication is injectable, though people would usually go to a clinic for the injection, and it's not daily. However as this is TV, I was wondering if perhaps it was something like that.

Isn't Orson a bigamist now, married to both Alma & Bree? Nothing was said about this! I would think this would be a major issue for Bree.

I thought they said earlier that Alma was declared dead. I don't know the technicalities of someone resurfacing who was thought to be dead, but I would think his first marriage would be void by the govt saying that she was dead.

I don't think's they're writing it in either, but I thought maybe just the "buzz" about a Desperate Housewive's pregnancy could maybe be hers. :confused3 Yes, you could see that she was pregnant.

Remember when she was doing the modeling thing for the little girls. He was the father of one of the girls whose mother died. I don't remember his name.

I kind of like Orson also. :rolleyes1

I told my DD's & DH that I think Alma killed Monique & is going to frame Orson.

My big thought from last night is

Eva Longoria is generally considered to be one of the most beautiful woman in the world. Why in the heck do they keep making her look like a 52 year old hooker?

I will do a recap for you:

Last nights episode opens with the story of Alma Hodge. It began with Alma and Orson when they were first married several years ago. Seems Alma tricked Orson by getting pregnant so he would marry her. The baby didn't make it though and the marriage was in name only as Orson was having an affair. When Alma discovered this, she confronted Orson who said he didn't care if Alma left. So she made it look like Orson may have done away with her as punishment. (as she fled to Winnepeg Canada to live with an Aunt.)

Alma then shows up on Brees doorstop.

Next we see Gabby, Lynette and Susan sbaring coffee on the porch. Susan is talking about Bree letting Orson back into the house. She also spills about Orson spending time in a mental hospital when he was 17.

Meanwhile, back at Bree's she is visiting with Alma who is confiding in Bree all about Orson and his having an affair. (I bet Alma is the one that killed Monique)
Orson now comes through the front door and with his mouth hanging open, Alma asks him what it is with him and redheads!? :rotfl:

Next we see Gabby and her date "Bill" on the front lawn having a picnic. (I know my front yard would be the first place I'd think of for a picnic) Anyway, while they are sitting on the lawn, the cell phone rings. Seems Carlos has nothing else to do as he sits on Mikes front porch making wisecracks about her date :happytv:
Gabby isn't amused and hangs up on him.

Next we move on to Lynettes house where she and her 3 boys are waiting for Kayla to arrive. (It's nice that her kids are FINALLY starting to behave and not be monsters.)
Tom arrives with Kayla the brat and the boys even give her little presents and Lynette gives her a doll that once was hers that her Grandma had given to Lynette when she was a little girl. The brat promptly drags the doll up the stairs banging it's head along the railing as she does.

Seems Bree makes a very moist pound cake acccording to Alma. Orson is annoyed that Alma set him up by making it look like he had killed her.

Cut to Susan borrowing lipstick from Julie. Susan is going up to the prison to visit Mike. Susan wants to tell Mike about the lawyer that she has gotten for him.

Back to Bree's. Alma is leaving and apologizing to Orson and asking if there is something she can do to make it up. Just then, Bree spots Susan leaving her driveway across the street, and decides to invite Alma over to dinner that weekend and introduce her to some friends.

Susan is at the prison talking to Mike. She tells him about the lawyer that will help him. Mike tells Susan she is a great friend. Susan then tells Mike that Ian is not too happy that she is friends with Mike and essentially tells Mike to take care and then she gets up and walks away.

Over at Lynettes, she has made tacos for the kids for dinner. Seems little obnoxous Kayla decides that it would be fine to plop down in front of the TV while she eats her dinner. Well, now the boys want to be able to do that, while Lynette tells them NO saying that Kayla has special rules just for her.
popcorn::

Gabby and her date Bill come home to her house where there is a basket of pink roses sitting on Gabby's porch. When there is no card and the date claims he did not send them, she storms over to Mike's house to ask Carlos about the flowers. They banter back and forth where Carlos gets a few more cracks in! :rotfl:

Lynette has found the mangled doll in the trash can. She discusses it with Tom along with the fact that she watched TV during dinner. She tells Tom that he needs to spend more time at home. He and Lynette end up deciding that if Lynette would just treat Kayla as badly as she treats their own kids, that all would be fine! :rotfl2:

Julie and Austin are making out. Austin makes his move and Julie tells him she is not ready yet. He says okay and they just go back to kissing.
The next day Julie is talking to Danielle about Austin not pushing her into sex, when Andrew walks in and says that guys need sex and that if Julie wouldn't give it to him, then he would get it somewhere else. Only gay guys don't push for sex, he went on to say. "Austins not gay, not even after 3 beers"
:rotfl:
Danielle tells Julie not to listen to Andrew and tells her to hold on to her virginity.

This guy Bill has another date with Gabby. They are going to drop off clothes at a homeless shelter and then on to lunch. Gabby just remembered that it was her mothers birthday and wants to stop off at the florist to order her flowers.

Susan is now on the phone with the Detective. She is yakking about Orson and telling the cop about his affair with Monique when Bree chimes in on the call waiting. She panics and goes back to the cop who tells her not to tell Bree. Back to Bree, where she is inviting Susan and Ian over to dinner. Wow, thats nice Susan says and promptly accepts the invitation. Clicks back to the Detective and also tells him that Orson was once in a mental home.

Gabby has arrived at the flower shop and wants the lady there to tell her who sent the roses. When the lady says they were anonymous and wont tell Gabby who sent them, Gabby gets a lecture to stop whining and just be glad she got them as no one has ever sent her no freakin flowers!
When the lady steps into the cooler to put some flowers away, Gabby locks her in the cooler so she can rifle through the delivery receipts. :happytv:
Meanwhile Bill walks in and seeing the lady in the cooler, and Gabby rifling through the papers he breaks the relationship off. Gabby walks out and Bill frees the imprisoned florist, who informs him that she is available to date :lmao:

Kayla decides she will eat her icecream very slowly when Lynette wants to leave the ice cream parlor. Kayla is uncooperative and starts screaming that Lynette is not her Mommy causing people to stare. Lynette leaves her there and goes out to the car and gets the boys to go in and drag her out the door and into the car, wher no one now pays any attention to the screaming Kayla.

Austin and Julie are out under the moonlight where Julie tells Austin that she will have sex with him.

Back at the prison, Mike is having dinner with his fellow inmates. He is telling another guy that he doesn't remember if he killed anyone when another inmate says "I believe ya" turns out this inmate is Paul Young.

Tom is talking to his daughter Kayla and asking her to be nice to Lynette as she is trying to take care of her. Kayla tells him that she will never love Lynette and that he can't make her. Lynette overhears this.

Gabby tells Carlos that she and Bill are no longer seeing each other (as she shows up on his front porch wearing a fur coat) She sits down and wants Carlos to admit that he sent the flowers. Carlos tells her that if he had sent the flowers they would have been white orchids as he knows they are her favorite. She tells Carlos that she hates the fact that he knows her so well and that he (Carlos) will be a tough act to follow. He tells Gabby the same. She shares his wine with him as they sit on the porch reminiscing. Don't think this relationship is over yet................

Bree is apologizing to Alma about keeping her waiting until all her guesta have arrived for dinner. The doorbell rings and Bree leaves to get the door, when Alma takes out a syringe and gives herself a shot. (anti physchotic anyone?)

After the guests have arrived and are seated at the dinner table, Bree calls Alma into the dining room and promptly introduces her. She then says to Susan that anytime she is ready to apologize.....
Later when Susan is cutting up the cake, the police arrive to question Orson some more. Bree tries to lie by telling them he is not home, but when he talks and they can hear him, they tell him they know about the affair with Monique.
Bree looks at Susan and Susan says she didn't know that the cops would have come over tonite! Bree promptly tosses her out when Susan starts rambling about Mike in prison in front of Ian, and also informs Susan that their friendship is over.

Ian and Susan are now having a discussion, slightly heated. Susan blurts out that she loves Ian and he starts kissing her and she gets flustered and forgets why she is yelling at him.

Austin is in bed with DANIELLE! Look, I think we should stop doing this he says. He doesn't want Julie to get hurt. Danielle kisses him and tells him not to worry about Julie.

Edie is showing Alma the empty house in the neighborhood that is for sale. Alma likes the house and says she will take it. Whut Woe. ;)

The narrator comes on and tells Alma that she will fit in just fine.

Next week we see that Tom wants to ban Lynette from the grand opening of the restaurant.
Susan slides down stairs while overhearing a conversation.

On another forum I read something about the possibility that Alma is trying to get pregnant, and maybe that is what the injections are for, because it was said at the beginning of the show that she tricked Orson by getting pregnant and maybe she is trying to trick him again? I wonder if the injectable could be that, or maybe it is antipsychotic medicine????

I immediately thought of hormone injections for women trying to get pregnant when I saw her injecting herself! :thumbsup2

And I have to say, I'm relieved that the parrot wasn't actually killed and was just set free :rotfl:

WOW - what a twist with the whole Orson and Alma story! I'm actually beginning to like Orson now! :thumbsup2

Did anyone here ever watch Kyle McGaughlins show InJustice? He played David Stark an attorney that would look into why people were in jail for crimes that they may be innocent of. He was funny on that show with a real snarky attitude.

It was on Friday evenings at 9 pm on ABC. The show was really good and I was surprised when ABC cancelled it.

I loved that show!

Can someone do a recap from last nights episode? DH & I had a feud over the tv, this desperate housewife lost:lmao:
TIA:goodvibes

I hope it didn't lose to the Grease show. What a rip off of American Idol and a cheap one too.

Has everyone forgotten that Orson ran down Mike? He isn't as innocent as everyone is starting to believe he is.

I was wondering about the injection too. At first I thought that maybe she was going to fake her death in front of the guests and then her plan fell apart when everyone left becuase of the argument. But, that doesn't hold nearly as much water as the idea of hormone injections.

For all of you with daughters, go and kiss them tonight and be thankful you don't have a daughter like Tom's daughter :rotfl:

Btw, Elf, do you secretly write for the show? I'll bet that synopsis was more detailed than the actual script.

Has everyone forgotten that Orson ran down Mike? He isn't as innocent as everyone is starting to believe he is.

OK, yes, I had forgotten that. But maybe Orson has an evil twin. Or maybe Mike really is a bad guy. There's got to be a good explanation because I really like Orson with Bree.

I am thinking that Orson thinks that Mike actually killed Monique and that is why he tried to run him over. So it justifies it a bit in my head.... maybe it is just that I like him too...

And as far as not having a daughter like Tom's... thank god we don't have a daughter like Bree's either:rotfl:

Thank God I just have sons...:rotfl:
