Well, the good news is, I got my ticker back!
But now it's cutting the bottom line of my sig. What did I do to deserve this?
Although I like my new ticker, I don't like the idea of it starting back at the beginning. My other one was half way there and now it looks like I'm further away from my vacation.
woo hoo- yeah, i swear this is like the 5th time i have had to change my ticker. i hate that it 'starts over' again too.
Just thought I would let you all know, our local Target has magic gloves sold 2 pair for $1.50. I'm not sure where I read it (maybe here somewhere) but someone suggested packing them for December trips. So I had to buy some! They had great color combinations too.
what are 'magic gloves'? I might need to look into them!

None of mine are showing up at all... and then when I try and retrieve my room and package reservations I can't get those to come up either! I am definitely going to call tomorrow wo verify everything, but I had some extra ADR's I wanted to cancel and I am not sure I have all those numbers anymore...
well hopefully when you call, all will be fine- so far i think almost everyone that has called ended up just fine.
i'm going to Disney for Christmas 
i've been thinking about it and today it happened.
Question will jeans, short/long sleeve t-shirts and maybe a hoodie be all i'll need for that time of year ? its been a couple years since i was there at that time and i want to be sure.
you never know. we've been twice in early Dec and each time we had some rain, warm and also some days in the 30s where we donned hats, scarves and gloves (one was
MVMCP night). so just be prepared with layers. i never pack an actual 'coat'. just long sleeves, to layer, a hoodie and then gloves/scarf etc just in case.
Not all of my ADRs are showing up either. For the important ones I have the #s in my touch and I will make sure I have them handy when we show up.
I am getting scared that its coming up so darn fast now. This is my insanly busy time of year. We still have football, thanksgiving, DH's bday, Hanukkah, Christmas with my family, baking for gifts for accounts, shopping and finishing Christmas crafts. Plus this year I have my neice's first bday and I am helping a friend with her brothers wedding stuff. UGHHHH
When will I ahve time to get everything else I need to get done for our trip?? I did get some of our tye dye shirts done, just have to hope they turn out like I envisioned LOL if not I told DH I am haivng them made LOL.
But my ticker starts with 1 and the kids have started ripping Mickey heads off our chart!!!
wow vicki- you are busy!!! that is how i felt in early October with two work trips, bday parties, hosting a baby shower etc. etc. Finally slowed down a bit. you will get there too!
just keep the prize in mind.......it won't be long!
That may be. But then to add insult to injury, he had a co-worker call DH yesterday morning before we even got up to tell him he is only going to be working 3 days a week. We may have to scrap the whole thing now. He will hear from me if that happens, because what he did was stupid and childish.
I do have a little glimmer of hope left, but not much. DH is going back into the Army Reserves and they let me book the Armed Forces Salute room only discount and we will get the tickets from our MWR, if his other boss doesn't cut his pay too much.

I think I am going crazy! I got a PIN Code that is good until sometime in June. I got to thinking that DS LOVES Star Wars, and Dh does too. I checked, and we have a companion airline ticket. I could book them a quick trip down and back for a weekend for Father's Day and both of their B-days. Clearly, I have lost my mind!

And the icing on the cake, I actually tired to get an ADR I've been looking for, for 2 months, and it was there.
I'm buying a lottery ticket tonight.
woo hoo- what a great feeling! i still need to order our MVMCP tickets. our room is 'paid', well i guess we will be paying for it for the next 50 years anyhow! great for your ADR too!
This is our first December trip to WDW and I am so excited - we are surprising the kids with a 3 day cruise and visit to see the Mouse! We were late booking so I haven't been able to get some of the ADRs I'd like...BUT I don't care because I honestly never thought we would get to Disney in December!
December 5th to 12th at the Contemporary - what is weather usually like? Bring a mixture of everything?
we are there the 4th-11th at BLT!! we will be neighbors! the weather can be warm to downright chilly. last year we went about that time and wore shorts/capris in the daytime with short sleeves. we changed during our 'break' into jeans for the night- and usually long sleeves. i always carry a hoodie as well. you might even need gloves/scarf hat- you never know- it has been in the 30s before during an early Dec trip we did. just be prepared to layer. i don't bother with a coat. just lots of layers (hoodie on top). i always check the 10 day forecast before too so i have a better idea on whether to pack more shorts or not.
