Official Dancing with the Stars Season 7 Thread!

I'm in the minority... I like Susan. She's not my favorite, but I don't think she's anywhere near as bad as everyone else thinks. I think part of the reason I enjoy her is because I think she's classy. Kind of like Jane Seymour.

My favorite was Toni and I'm so unhappy that she was sent packing last week.

Here is my ranking (best to worst):
1. Brooke and Derek
2. Warren and Kym
3. Cody and Julianne
4. Maurice and Cheryl
5. Susan and Tony
6. Lance and Lacey (and I fully admit this has more to do with Lacey than Lance. I cannot stand her and really hope they don't bring her back)
700. Cloris and Corky (it's not even her dancing that bugs me... it's her personality)

I don't think she's a good dancer but she has always been a class act. Those remarks were not needed.

The only thing I thought about the ending is it went longer than usual - typically it seems like they are zipping through saying who is going and staying at the last minute and then there is barely time to talk to the dancer leaving - it seems like they had plenty of time tonight.

I just had a horrible thought! They usually have the group dance again at the opening of the results show. Do you think they'll make us suffer through that again?

So Cloris is coming back next week and sitting next to the dance floor. I hope that they can keep her under control!

IMO they alloted extra time at the end because they knew Cloris was going home and wanted to have more time for her goodbyes.

I havent' enjoyed a "poor" dancer as much since Jerry Springer. You knew he wasnt good enough to go to the end, but ya had to smile while he was dancing.

I dont't know much about the contestants. What I do know is that Lacey is hot, Cloris is old, Susan is also old but her hoots are young (but she's still gross), Warren Sapp is better on the field, and frankly nobody else is memorable.

I'd like to echo Adam Carolla's opinion of Carrie but I'm not permitted to here.

How are all my peeps by the way? I'm glad my wife isn't the only person who remembers me.

Weird - they did the hip hop routine again, without a partner for Cody. The Pussycat Dolls and Michael Flatley performed.

Cloris went home. I'm guessing the extra time at the end was the "Cloris pad." I'm sure the producers had to pad the show with extra time in case she went off on a senior break.

They said the last two standing weren't necessarily bottom two, but the other at the end was Susan (who should have been bottom two.)


And I know Quest is a nerd. He holds onto rock pants from an era long gone.

Not all the peeps, but a few of us from the chatty Idol thread. Like me and sometimes Mandy. But Idol will start up soon and we will all be able to chat again.

Use it for a few minutes and you'll want the good one back. As for January in the garage, we have a space heater to keep me warm. Of course I'll probably be warm enough while I'm not building things using metal and brawn!
