She knows a Walkman. She's older than I am and I had a Walkman. I think she's just one of those people who tries to act all young and naive because she thinks it's cute. She probably also thinks it's funny to try and point out how young she is in an attempt to make others go, "You don't know what that is? I'm so ooooooold."

Uh, Alli, the dances are NOT supposed to be about YOU.

And Mark is not the person I'd ask advice from. I'd ask Derek.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Alli have almost zero ballroom dance background experience?

WHAAAAT???? I'm so confused.

They couldn't do ANYTHING resembling the dance from West Side Story? But, it's obviously the song from West Side Story. And it's supposed to be an homage to the musical?

When Derek or whomever danced Footloose last season, it LOOKED a lot like the dance from Footloose.

Poor Val. At least he wasn't given the mambo song and the mambo dance in WSS and then told he couldn't do the mambo.

The first 17 seconds of their dance lacked so much content. You could tell Val was at a loss as to what to put in instead.

It really sounded like he wanted to do the whole number and he couldn't so that without approval. His shock was surprising considering it should have been something he considered. It wasn't that it is never allowed--it was that his choice could not be cleared. His shock was surprising to me as to why he thought he could replicate a number from a musical without consequence

Whatever Derek needed was appropriately done or the lawyers would have stopped it.

Don't care what anyone says. I enjoy Betsey Johnson. However, I saw only two stints of "quick step". Always thought there had to be more.

In any case...I just enjoy her.
