I’ve watched Chrishell on Days of Our Lives so I’m a fan. We are also both from Kentucky.
I am really enjoying Nev and I didn’t expect it! Whenever Pirates is done on Disney night I always think of one that was done a few years back. Riker and Alison I think? I loved that one!

I don't typically watch this show anymore, but I flipped it on after the hockey game tonight. I have to say that Tyra looks horrible. Her hair extensions look ridiculous. I saw her and just started laughing.

Who are these people??? I mean, I don't keep up on pop culture, but I think I knew maybe 5 of these "stars".

On GMA this morning, Kaitlyn is once again whining about how much her ankle hurts. Although, they also mentioned how she still didn't get the results back from her MRI yet to know how bad it is. She mentioned that she's hoping to be on the show for the long haul, so her ankle may be an ongoing problem.

I couldn’t roll my eyes more at her “injury”. And then for her to say tonight it’s shin splints and a little swollen, not even sprained. But she’s going to milk it and it’s working

I thought Anne’s dance deserved better than a 15 even if it was bit erratic

I think the scores were fair. She started really strong and then about halfway lost the entire thing and it was hard to watch

We dance through that kind of stuff all the time!” She danced Sugar Rose in the Nutcracker on a sprained ankle last year (after having it checked by a doc), so she has very little patience for Kaitlyn’s dramatics.

My ODD is a pre-professional ballet dancer and listened to her last night and said “really? We dance through that kind of stuff all the time!” She danced Sugar Rose in the Nutcracker on a sprained ankle last year (after having it checked by a doc), so she has very little patience for Kaitlyn’s dramatics.

Whenever I've seen or talked to dancers, they are so hungry and passionate to dance that they'd rather dance than walk. They'd rather dance than breathe. Being able to perform is such a privilege that they are grateful for every moment they get to do that. I'm sure your ODD is like that.

When they get hurt, their focus is on whether they can dance, not on themselves. They are like salmon swimming upstream. If they have a chance to dance and express themselves, to share that with other people, they have to do it. It's not, "Oh, woe is me. Look at ME and how hurt I am." They dance through the physical pain, because it's more soulfully painful to not dance.

I have the sense that Kaitlyn learned to dance and dance well because her mother was a ballet dancer who made her dance. She learned to dance because it was part of her environment, not necessarily because it was her passion. I think that shows in her attitude and focus.
