I watched via DVR, and I was a bit too late to call votes in, Oops! I got all 5 of my online votes in for Derek and Nicole though!

I gotta give it to the only remaining person who doesn't actually dance as a part of their professional background.

But if it's between Evan & Anna and Nicole & Derek... then definitely N & D.

Derek's choreography just points out how inferior Anna's choreography is. Derek & Nicole did side-by-side dancing, too, but their dancing was tight and matching.

And last night was the perfect display that the choreography Anna does is ALL about HER. She didn't want to listen to Evan and do what he wanted, it was all about what she wanted. And it was bad....a really, really bad free style that could have been a whole lot of fun to Footloose. It was disjointed. She did not help Evan present his best free style and it is such a shame.

For Maks and Derek - they both listened to what Erin and Nicole wanted. That was so hot what Maks and Erin did. Out of Maks' comfort zone and challenged both of them. Loved the dance. Derek and Nicole so easily could have played it safe and did a hip-hop, club dance filled routine, but I respect how Nicole said she has come to love the dances of the ballroom and she wanted to do those in the freestyle. And it was an fantastic freestyle.

Yup. I usually have a favorite going into the final but I vote for the pair that I think did the best of all of them on the freestyle. Derek and Nicole did that for me. If it had not been as good, I would have *gulp* voted for Erin because she would have earned my vote.

Given all the people who have been voting for Erin and Evan, I think it's going to be a real horse race this time!

So ... there are two more dances? Do the judges vote on *both* of them?

I like Erin and Maks as well as Evan and Anna.

All my votes though went to Erin and Maks. Talk about chemistry!

I don't dislike Nicole and Derek, but he has won before and she was a good dancer to start out with.

If I voted, I would have given my votes to Erin and Max. Even though they didn't have the best freestyle, I think that she has come the farthest in her dancing skills. Besides, I don't care for Anna or Nicole. But then, I don't vote.

So...what I read is that Nicole's costume change (getting out of the suit to reveal the little green outfit) was so awkward that that is why the camera panned to the judges....What the TV audience saw was Nicole stuggling a tiny bit with costume, Shot of judges, Nicole and Derek in different costumes. Since when is the camera allowed to pan away when a couple messes up? How is that fair??!!!

Since when is the camera allowed to pan away when a couple messes up? How is that fair??!!!

You could tell something was going on, just before the camera showed the judges. I thought it was one of those, costume malfuntions where it would need to be blurred out for prime time tv, not that she was just struggling. It would be interesting to know if they panned away thinking there was going to be bigger issue or if it was showing a little bit of favoritism to D&N.

Oh and I agree, WHY is Vienna dancing???? Did she ban Chelsea from touching Jake anymore?

I just re-watched her freestyle and YIKES! She was pulling down her pants. Oh ... and the "girls" are probably fake. Sadly, that is what seems to be the norm in the entertainment industry.

Yep, Derek is definitely a very talented choreographer!

But since Maks and Anna both brought in choregraphers to help with their freestyle dances, I'm not sure how warranted the criticism of Anna is in this case, although I guess she and Evan did have final say on the dance.

I wonder if other dance pros have gotten help with choreography for the freestyle before? I don't remember it ever being showing on aire if they have.

I did a quick google and Bobby Newberry (the choreographer who helped Evan & Anna) lists quite a few projects with the Pussycat Dolls in his credits. Hmmm, interesting.
