I actually really liked Pamala's dance. I thought she did a great job and I loved how they danced up the chairs and table. I *hated* Jake's dance. He was completely awful! Sure, he looked hot with his shirt off at practice, but his dance was awkward. The whole putting on the pants thing was bad and then it went downhill from there. I was shocked that Jake had a better score than Pamela ... and I personally like Jake and don't like Pamela.

Other thoughts ...

* I'm glad that Nicey didn't cry today. Way to shake your booty!
* I missed Chad and Cheryl and didn't rewind to see it. I can't stand him.
* Nicole was really good. Len was being Mr. Grumpy again. Although I was a little confused by the producer's choice in music. "Pretty Woman" is a classic cha-cha and they danced it as a tango.
* Evan was good too, but not as good as Nicole. I think that he will not catch her with his work schedule. Also ... what happened to Anna? She has a HUGE scar vertically up her belly.
* I feel sorry for Kate. Bruno really ripped her a new one. I hated that she brought her kids into it.
* Erin is still "eh" for me. I don't like her personally and unlike Pamela her dancing has not brought me around to rooting for her.

I think that custody hearing is a set up between her & Jon. They both get more tabloid press. She gets sympathy votes from her fans who want to stick it to Jon, which keeps her on the show longer. The kids get trotted out by both parents. And the she is finally booted off (hopefully) before they ever have their hearing, so the reason for the hearing is voided. She gets to prove once again she's the hard-suffering mom who's there for the kids again. Jon gets to play with his young girlfriends again, unencumbered. He was probably upset that Tiger & Jesse James booted him off the front of the tabloid covers.

I don't watch the show, but last week I caught a clip on one of the morning shows of Kate dancing on DWTS.. It was painful.. I would have been too humiliated to return.. Somehow I don't think dancing is the best career choice for her..

I liked Pam's dancing as well. I think she is really putting her all in this. I didn't expect to like her, but I do.

Nice job Nicey..she looked like she was enjoying herself. She always makes me laugh. Glad there were no tears this week though.

Kate had improved last week, but this week was back to disaster. The dance itself was just awful as well as her. They led her right into saying that she had eight reasons to be tired. Obviously the shows for pushing the new book are a large part of it. But they want the kids mentioned..as they said, this is the biggest audience they have ever had. I just don't get how she is still there.

I could watch Derek for the entire show. He is so energetic.

I LOVE the chemistry with Maks and Erin. I want them to get married and have their flirty fun the rest of their lives! I think she is just the type he likes- she's NOT afraid to sass back at him and he enjoys that. Yes, I am reading the gossip rags on those two- love 'em!

I also love Evan's sense of humor and his discipline. They are a great couple as well.

I agree- Nicole is fantastic, yet she has that ego Mya had last season. It's hard for me to 'like' her as a person. Her humor seems forced.

If it's a classic cha-cha, then Derek has probably done it already. The producers probably didn't want to make it easy for him, phoning in a dance he's done before, elsewhere.

She's got a large fan base. If she literally fell flat on her face, they'd have some rationale for that happening, and out of sympathy, they'd still vote for her. She probably realized she no long has to try. She can do anything and her fans will help her stay.

The sad part is, I think she is trying. I think she just can't dance. I don't get the point of her (or Buzz) being on the show, other than a draw of audience. Tony could live in my house with me, practice and practice and he could not get me to dance. Some people just can't. She has said it from the begining. The only difference is she seems more relaxed the past two weeks. But she still can't dance. I really don't get why her scores were as high as they were!

As I said, I was prepared ot not like Pam, but she does have rhythm, and I'm enjoying watching her get better.

What I don't understand is that many people who do defend Kate, keep brining up that she is not a natural dancer. Do you think Chad or Aiden is? They still were able to move (a bit) and get into character and try.

As you can see again Kate was questioning Tony when he wanted to put a certain dance move into the routine and she again put on that attitude because "Kate knows best" it's really starting to irritate me.

Jake too, yes he is handsome but again way to cocky and thinks he knows what is best. Leave it to your professionals.

The only reason they are on this show is because they were on "other reality" shows. They are not celebrities or stars and have no real talent at all. They should be leaving the show quite soon. Kate should be tonight.

There have been many people on this show who had no dance talent at all and they did quite well, so I am done with the excuse everyone is giving for Kate..oh she isn't a dancer well, none of them are. Nicole is a performer but she doesn't dance like this on tour, I can assure you. I have seen her perform.

I think he eats it up, that she'll give back as much as she takes. Loved watching him stomp his feet last night. Looked like a kid not getting his way in a toy store.



While I don't dislike Jake, he just doesn't wow me. And it was Risky Business....the most classic moment of the movie and you knew it would be played out some how in the dance. It's not a proper reference until someone is dancing in their underwear and white shirt. I do agree that the transision into his pants was disjointed. Would have been better to just leave him in the shirt and underwear/shorts.

LOVED Erin and Maks!!! They nailed that scene from Pulp Fiction to a tee!! And they were under scored. Since Nicole and Derek have danced on the 2nd night, I would like to see this one again.

Loved Nicole and Derek!! 'Ol cranky pants says it's the best dance of the season, but will not throw up the 10, but give Kate a 5 for walking thru her dance.

The only part of Pam's dance that did anything for me, was their using the chairs and table in their turn. Everything else was just ho-hum. And make-up, would you please put something beside that 70's shade of blue eye shadow on Pam.

What the heck was up with Evan hair, after they got done dancing. It looked like a bad hair piece sitting askew on top of his noggin. While I liked their dance, for it being "Movie Night", nothing about it said Armaggedon other than it was a song from the movie.

And the same could be said for Chad and Kate - the dances didn't say anything about the movie, other than it being a song from the movie. Ya, Kate tried to throw a couple of steps in from the movie, but when your stiff and walk the steps, it doesn't work.

Niecy tried, she really did. But with her size and normal physical conditioning, she wasn't going to have the umph to do justice to the dance. It's beyond fast. I'm a big girl, so I'm not saying anything I wouldn't say about myself. I take a tap class - believe me there are days when I feel like my heart is going to jump outta my chest after we do "Little GTO". And the dress didn't do her any justice.

I cringed when Kate was dancing! What happened to her? She isn't a great dancer, but this time she was terrible. And the way she kept looking at Tony when they were being critiqued and scored by the judges...was she blaming him?

I think she's simply mentally and physically exhausted. She is flying back and forth to tape the show and be with her kids, her soon-to-be ex-husband is putting the screws on her over it ... because he can, and she broke down crying in an interview this week. I am not a fan of Kate's for various reasons (starting with her decision to have a litter of children) but I just can't help feeling sorry for her. This was a bad decision to go on DWTS and I hope that she is voted off soon. It's painful to watch her dance and then get ripped to pieces by the judges. It's also painful to watch poor Tony handle all the drama.

The difference between Kate and the remaining dancers is that all the rest either have some natural talent or they have physical training in their background. Chad is used to putting his nose to the grindstone to reach a goal. He is used to listening to a coach.

Speaking of Aiden, I just looked at his Wiki entry and it said this:

Me, I don't feel sorry for Kate but for Tony. Kate made the decision to be on the show and now she has to deal with it, kid or no kids, divorce or no divorce. That may be a hard attitude but she could have said no, maybe next season when everything settles down. Other competitors have hectic schedules too and you don't see them bringing it into the competition. She went on the show just for the attention it would get her, the money too. And using her kids as an excuse, bah humbug!
