I'm rebooting my cable box. I missed it. What happened?

Stupid technical difficulties. It immediately cut to a commercial after about 3 seconds of the opening.

they showed the crowd getting up and applauding and then cut out to a full commercial break rather than the stars and pros introductions down the staircases.

I didn't care for Shawn much her first season but I am reallly enjoying her this time. It just shows what a difference a partner can make.

Yes, Donny did some interview show, like with Howard Stern or something. As a spoof, they hooked him up to a lie detector machine and asked him a bunch of questions. Being a Mormon, they figured he'd pass. Then they asked him if he believed that Marie really did faint that night.

Donny became so nervous. Then he said yes he thought she had really fainted. Then he waited on pins & needles for the result. The lie detector monitor person said, yes, he told the truth and the RELIEF that Donny showed was incredible!

I don' know if Donny was worried that the lie detector may record a false reading *** he was under such pressure to have the truth recorded right, or that he was worried that Howard's guy would say that he lied when he hadn't, or that he lied to cover for Marie and hoped it wouldn't detect him.

I must be getting a bit bored with this show, all I could think about during Shawn's dance was how bad that dress was. It did not flatter her at all.

Apolo just doesn't do it for me.

I've also realized that there are only two couples left that I want to win, Melissa or Kirstie because all the others have won. Just want to see someone new. Guess I'll be voting for Melissa again tonight!

I think it was the music, "Holding Out For A Hero," connecting military personnel with being heroes (obviously). "He's gotta be strong, and he's gotta be fast, and he's gotta be fresh from the fight..." applying particularly to the vets. Also Footloose.

I think Kirstie did quite well with her dance. I'd still like to see her go tomorrow (don't get me wrong, I really like her, but it'd be a shame to see her stay over better dancers when it's double elim night, IMO), but I think she was graceful and handled that dance well.
