I called the 407-827-2253 number, chose POR and was sent to "Chef Mike's" voicemail. Have called once a day for the last 2 weeks and all I ever get is his voicemail.Have left a message each day and have never received a call back.
I gave up and just ordered something from Disney Florist to have delivered instead. It's not a cake, but a basket with snacks, WDW (cooler) lunch bag, etc. I thought about ordering them ears, but don't want to waste the $$ if they won't wear them. I know that they are dining at a few places, but don't know what day.
I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience. Looks like the deluxe resorts are better equipped to handle special orders.

I'd try calling back during the day and speak with the person in Private Dining who coordinates the ordering of specialty cakes.





Maybe its just a really busy time now and I know its 2 months ahead of time; but, it would have been nice to atleast receive a quick call back letting me know they received my message on the customized anniversary cake order and will get back to me when they can for a quote and design discussion.
