For things like the slipper dessert and the mini castle cake, can you pick what kind of chocolate they mold the slipper/castle in?
My partner and I are going to be in the World in a little more than 3 weeks and we have a res for tea at the GF on day 3. Since it's been a bit of a taxing year (he got a new job that required us to move 2000+ miles away from where we'd been for the last 10 years), I thought it would be neat if I ordered some sort of special surprise for us, maybe a mini-cake or slipper with a message like "Happy vacation Liz & JP".

ixiedust: The problem: Neither he nor I like white chocolate. He's indifferent, and I can't stand the stuff. I saw the picture of the dark (or maybe milk) slipper above, but that was CRT and not GF(not sure if that makes a difference), and earlier in the thread someone said you could get the cake with chocolate cake & chocolate buttercream. If it's possible to get a chocolate cake with a dark chocolate castle, it would be totally worth the money, but not so much if the castle is basically inedible for us.
(No offense to those who like white chocolate. It's just far too sweet for me.)
