Well this should make some chuckle or think I'm completely odd. I have 4 dogs

Max is 5 is is my lab German Shepard mix (so sweet)

Justin Beiber (3) he's a mix adopted from
North shore animal league ( he's bad but so cute)

Copper Penny Pee Pee Paws (2) her name suits her she like to pee and step in it. She is cute and was one of my fosters we adopted her a couple of days before hurricane sandy. She had leg issues but is all better now.

Lastly,

Star (of the party and star of the show) yes, we call her that. She is a chihuahua rat terrier mix. She was my foster also she had a baby just one because she is tiny. Her baby is big, we had her pup get adopted from an aide in my dd school so we get constant updates. She is the total diva.

That's my clan.. Oh, they also told me I can't foster anymore because I'm a hoarder.. Lol (jk)

We have a two year old mix that we adopted from our local library's pet adoption fair..we named her Callie after our favorite teams captain Ryan Callahan of the New York rangers!!! Big game tonight with the stadium series against our rivals!!! Let's Go Rangers!!!

I went through MDE so that I was able to book my 180 +10. I have heard that you can't book all your reservations at once if you don't go through MDE. You would have to go day by day or you can call.

I got up right at 6:00 am this morning to make mine and it was very fast and easy. There were tons of Be our Guests reservations also so hopefully that pattern will hold for the rest of the month.

Gina I'm sorry to hear about your beautiful kitty.

These are our fur babies....Lao Che is our almost 2 year old tuxedo boy and Nala is our almost 1 year old Calico girl. (She was actually born with only 1 kidney )

Trips.....

This will be my 11th, DH's 10th, and our girls 5th.

I went twice as a child with my family, then with my DH (when we were still BF/GF) during college, then for our honeymoon, and all then the rest of the trips have been with our girls (except for my 10th trip which was in September last year and just myself and best friend for a girls trip)

Aw Gina, so sad. It's hard to say goodbye to pets.

We found this 5 or 6 week old Boxer that was in bad health, up for adoption. Now, 8 years later, we have a middle aged Tiger. If you see some boxers, you'll know why my kids named her that.

Can't believe I can do ADRs soon. Since no dining plan, we are only doing 2 or 3 sit downs onsite.

She is beautiful and I'm so sorry for your sad news {{{{{hugs}}}}}. Our cats are our family and I remember how terrible it was when our Sasha passed even though it was five years ago xXx

I am so sorry to hear about your kitty. When a family pet becomes ill, it's just like anyone else in your family. We lost my cat from childhood a few years back after 18 wonderful years and it was horrible. Sending positive thoughts your way.

LOL, great names . I was not nearly as creative. I named a calico cat Patches .

I have three dogs, two cats, and four horses. I had five horses, but I gave one to a lovely teenaged girl at the barn this Christmas. All the dogs and cats and two of the horses are rescues. I have no idea how to put pictures on here, though.

I think that's an awesome idea!!! I know we did that on last year's thread, and IIRC, a few folks did actually get to meet up.

Yep Gina. That's why we've had her for almost 8 years now. Lots of TLC and medicine did the trick. She wanted to live. And she's a purebred, so we know someone dumped her when she was not doing well. We love her, and she's such a good dog.

We found out about the kidney as a result of a routine spay procedure. They got in there and found that her reproductive organs were actually deformed (so probably wouldn't have worked anyway) but also that one kidney never formed.

But, her one kidney functions perfectly and they will continue to monitor that on an annual basis. Other than that, she's very happy and healthy!

Oh gosh, I'm way behind!

Let's see what I can remember after blitzing through the last bunch of pages to catch up....

I don't know how many trips I've had, but it's quite a few. Went every year for about 6 years when I was a child. Then at least two trips before my girls were born, then three more when we took each of them individually, and now two with us all together. Plus an overnight&non-park day one Feb when we were passing through to visit family (does that count!?). And one trip to DL with just DH. I think that's it. So, 15-ish, I would guess.

Gina, I am sad to read about Patches. One of my BFF's is saying goodbye to her doggie of 16 years, tomorrow. Very sad week. [[[[Hugs]]]]

We adopted our dog, Bandit, a few years ago from a no-kill shelter about an hour away. He's settling into a good boy after a rough first six months when we couldn't leave the house without coming back to find him OUT of his crate and having destroyed any number of household items. He was Houdini. I have no idea how he could get out of that crate. Each time we left we would secure it tighter and tighter to the point where it was a web of bungee cords surrounding it, and STILL he would be there to greet us at the back door when we came in. To this day I wish we'd set up some kind of video camera. But that seems to be well behind us now. Sorry, I don't know how to do pictures, either! I figured it out once a while back, but can't remember anymore.... But I do love it when others post them!

I'm still not on the official Page 1 list, but might be the group's earliest traveler. We arrive on July 27th (through August 9th). I booked our ADRs earlier this week and had to call -- I couldn't get the online system to work and when I called the rep said she didn't know why either, but it was fine -- she did it all on the phone for me (after losing the entire thing once - eek - but she was able to recreate it quickly and easily). We are doing a split stay so I'll call back in a few days to add a few more ADRs that we want toward the end of our trip. I'll not list the ADRs here, pending Anjalee6 starting one!
