WWYD? Last 3 nights of our trip is a standard studio at Jambo on points. Not sure if our owner has more points available (sounds like he has a lot), but there's been a value 1 br open on the website the last few days. It's calling to me The difference is about $350. We've had a lot of expenses this year, so it makes sense to stay in the studio. But I've got DD17 and DS13, both taller than me. We've been through a lot and the extra space would be nice. What do you think?

'Twas the night before summer vacation and all through the house not a creature was stirring except this disney mouse... Of course it's 12:08am here I'm trying to make my FP+ and it won't let me!! Grr

The same thing happened to me! I saw another post about it and I guess that happens a lot? I kept falling asleep and waking up every few hours frantically. I did get them all made this am around 6 when I got up, but man, planning this kind of thing so far ahead is kind of stressful. We also added the 23rd to our trip and now I feel like I need to rethink my whole schedule. Maybe that will help make these next two months go faster

Here too a few nights ago. Very stressful indeed. It finally kicked in at 1am. All of a sudden my window just became available to book. I had read that this was a regular occurrence and 1am was not uncommon. Hopefully you got all that you desired.

Yeah, I saw that. I hope when we do our one and only time at the CRT we will still get the photo package.

We are beyond character meals in general, but I was thinking they may go to that, since they seem to want to get out of the printing onsite, unless you really want to pay a lot. Of the many diners at the character meals, I wonder how many bought the packages? Just making the memory maker less and less valuable. I am almost sorry I bought the memory maker, but I do like not asking a stranger using my camera to take our picture. I see Josh's website say that the photographers got upgraded Nikon cameras. I hope that means the quality may be a bit better, though quality is mostly up to the photographer. In the past, we've gotten really good, good, and what was that photographer thinking?

Ah, we are now 60 days out from disney and 54 until we arrive in Orlando. Doing the Darkside first.

And I can't believe it, but I did bite the bullet and buy Villians Night tickets. This vacation is getting more and more expensive. Once your kid turns 10, the price of everything in an amusement park goes up.

Fortunately I did and I got what at wanted at 1am. I'm glad I follow the disboards and knew this had been happening or I would have went to bed and missed out!

I would absolutely upgrade! [Just to mention: I'm pretty sure the AKV Value 1BRs do not have the sleeper chair, in case you were thinking of that for DD or DS.] The extra space would be wonderful, and I love being able to toss in a load of laundry at bedtime or whenever -- FL-in-August clothes cannot be reworn without washing! Also, I know it's only 3 days but if you can take advantage of the kitchen and do breakfast+snacks+bottled waters from the room instead of the parks, you'll save a chunk toward that $350. I would go for it!

And I've been undecided about MM, but I'm thinking skip that as well. I've emailed the owner and no response yet, so still not sure if it's even possible. If it's still available tomorrow I'll try calling or texting.

Good luck! We're skipping MM this year, takes too much time out of enjoying the sites to line up for posed pictures too. We loved Boma, though we were on FD for it and I don't think I'd pat oop for it.

Personally, I do NOT like the DVC studios, esp at AKV - They would be fine for a couple, but for a family, I'd rather be in a non-DVC room or in a 1+ bdrm suite.

I would totally upgrade. Both have 1 queen bed and pull-outs - but the 1 bdrm has more pull-outs and kitchen as well as a washer and Dryer in the room. That's a pretty big deal given the age of your family and size of your children.

Upgrade = so much fun. One of these days I'm making that happen! The values suit our needs but is want to experience more Disney!!

Oh, wow, the owner has the points. He's going to check today and upgrade if it's still available. I feel like I'm tingling right now I'm so excited. So if we get it, we'll be 3 nights BWV studio with DS on air mattress (which he's asked for), 2 nights VWL studio which has a murphy that I hope will work, and 3 nights AKV in a 1 bedroom value. Still will need an air mattress but .. Wow... Now I just have to wait patiently until I find out.

Darn, when I clicked on your link it asked me for a Canadian address and requires Canadian ID when checking in.

Darn, that may have swayed me to change my travel agent ressie.

Oh well, I still think I got a good deal with the group rate the TA was offering.
