We told you in 2013 that the Limited Time Magic Friday the 13th Unleash the Villains event was a test for a possible hard-ticket event to be added to Disneys Hollywood Studios in the not-too-distant future. Well, Walt Disney World is expected to begin ticket sales for annual passholders and Disney Vacation Club members tomorrow, June 5th, for the very first Villains Unleashed after hours party to be held on August 23, 2014 from 8PM-1AM. Tickets will be sold to the general public starting June 9th

Let me know how it goes. What time are you guys booking fp+'s? Not sure when I should do them if I go at rope drop.
To everyone panicking about making their FP+ reservations: Have no fear!! I was super worried b/c there is no way to "practice" like there is with ADRs. The system is so simple, anyone who is able to turn on a computer should be able to do it with no problems. It took me 20 minutes to make reservations for 7 park days, and that includes modifying times to get them right where I want them. Every step is a separate page, so the chance for making mistakes is very small. You choose a day, you choose your party, you choose your park, you click check marks on each chosen ride, they show you 4 scenarios (best match, choice A, B, and C). You pick one, then it takes you to a new screen where you can edit the times. I got every single ride I wanted FPs for for the exact time frames I wanted. I went back a few minutes ago to play around with it a bit, and there are still A&E meets left for my entire week (8/5-12). We aren't using one of those, but we got Mine Train easily for both MK days. It seems like a very flexible system, as far as times go. It lets you know if you overlap with an ADR, but lets you book anyway. So have no fear, fellow DISers, you can do it!!

Thank you for that. I am buying Military Salute tickets, but my darn ITT office won't be getting their shipment until 2 weeks from now. That's about when my 60 day window starts. Ugh! I am so worried, as my DD would love an A&E at least once while we are there. We're in the high 70's now!![]()
I'm so excited that we're getting closer but I wish I hadn't told DD we are going yet. I kind of had to so she didn't plan camps or if she got a job. But it would've been so much fun to surprise her the day before. I'm going to try to BOG for lunch and not tell her anything about it, that place sounds magical even to a cynical 15 yr old.
