Phew! I have some company after all! I was worried about getting very lonely.
I stand before you in awe and wonder

. For I have let you down, my dear pigletto. I have not started to pack. And I am so ashamed

.
The best I lay claim to is having all the stuff we needed to buy purchased and ready to be packed......but I haven't even got the suitcases out. Knowing that I am sorely falling down on the job, I have booked off two extra days from work (the 23rd and 24th) to finish the packing and get everything done without melting down. I tend to need a good cry when my carefully laid plans start to unravel, and who wants to start a vacation with puffy eyes? So I have extended my vacation by a few days and hope to start off on the right foot.
My dear boys would have a meltdown if relegated to cereal and pop tarts for a day, let alone a week

. I can see a lot of barbecues next week. Man + fire = dinner, and mom doesn't have to cook

.
And one outfit per day for my teenaged fashionista? (are we allowed to call a boy that?

but yet it fits, it really does) He would surely expire. He is the girl I never had...complete with more shoes than his mother

.
