How does he do with a visual schedule? Like have everything written out with what needs to be done at what time? You can have it hanging in the bathroom so he can get himself going in the morning and then have a small copy for him to carry around with him each day. You can ask him what's next throughout the day so he kind of feels like he has control a little even though it's already planned out lol
Exactly what I planned on doing. Especially because he's way more of a night owl than I am. He wont be up for our rope-drops, so I will have a written schedule of where I'll be everyday, so he can just hop a bus when he's ready to meet us. He seems to get a little uncomfortable when he's rushed-and let's face it, it's HIS vacation too. He should be able to do what he wants and not be attached to MY schedule all the time, you know?My rule with him is only "have your cell phone CHARGED, and ON, and WITH YOU at all times."
