Anyone else just want to THROW UP at Jack and Julia today? Ughhhhhhhhhhhh...he is making me SO MAD! This storyline BETTER start turning around, and soon, cause I am going to just scream.

Carly, Rosanna and Emily all looked so beautiful...

I was laughing at Babs and the stupid lotion...geez, woman, get a GRIP!

I totally agree with the Jack and Julia... it was so upsetting today. I just kept thinking it will make it so much better when they do get together... they have too!!!!!

Let's see how well I can recap..

Main storylines involved the Ro & Paul wedding- a few sparks between Tom and Margo. Before the wedding Carly tells Em and Ro about the divorce papers and they give her consolation. Carly says that she is looking forward to the wedding and seeing that dreams can come true for people. She arrives at the barn, and is struck at how it reminds her of the Montana wedding she and Jack shared. Then Jack and Julia show up and he too has a flashback to the wedding and how happy he and Carly were that day...he staggers out of the barn and Carly says, "You remembered too.." He won't admit it and is a total jerk face to her. He and Julia leave (the purpose of them showing up was to ask Emma if it was okay for Julia and JJ to come to Turkey day).

He and Julia go back to the coffee shop and he says that he is remembering things and he will just have to deal with it and apologizes to Julia for the way things are.........then he gets down on his freaking knee and proposes! I seriously turned it on mute and walked out of the room. ggrrrr.

Will tells Barb about the wedding and that he is going to move in with Ro and Paul after the wedding. Barb flips her lid and says about 8 times, "But I am your MOTHER and you belong here with ME!" Will sticks to his guns and leaves. Barb sweet talks the guard inside for coffee and some cookies...the dork face actually agrees eventually, and he sits gnawing on cookies and coffee while Barb shimmies down the side of the house. Then she SITS DOWN right outside the door and gets a bottle of lotion out and squeezes it on her leg to try and get the alarm cuff off. Stupid. Why didn't she try and do that inside the house?

Jen and Jordan make peace. More sparks between Jen and Mike.

Lots of talk between Lucy and Rafael and then Sierra and Dusty. Sierra trying to talk sense into Dusty, Lucy bemoaning her life to Rafi...kinda boring. Did y'all know the actress that places Lucy is leaving the show? She is being recast I think.

A couple of short scenes between Craig and Lily, with Craig whining to Lily how bad his life is and she HAS to take a few minutes to listen to him...then he leaves his cell phone behind at her house so I guess she has to go after him...I think I was doing something else during this part cause I don't know exactly what happened.

The show ends with Rosanna making her entrance in the barn and she looks so beautiful. Radiant would be the word.

Wow!!! What a recap. You did a great job. I forgot about the cell phone but nothing happened with it, she just picked it up.

Did you guys notice Rafael is in the opening now? I not sure if I am that crazy about him????

My does Jack have to be so subborn - he and Carly are meant to be together. I don't blame you for muting the proposal - how sad it will be for Juila when they don't end up together - sorry that was a bit ugly of me.

I guess I wouldn't watch if everyone was happy and things ran smoothly - now would l?

And yes - why try and take the cuff off after leaving the house? Hello - thought she was smarter than that - well she used to be.

I didn't know Lucy was being recast - interesting.

And what is this about Lily and Craig - is something going to happen there? I am trying to remember how they are related - just by marriage - right? She is Serria's (sp) half sister?

Well actually Lily and Sierra aren't related because Lily is adopted by Lucinda. I've been wondering if things are going to happen between her and Craig as well. Would be interesting.

I'm also wondering if AFTER Carly and Jack get back together if Holden and Julia will have something.

By the way what happened to Molly? Is she gone for good?

Yes, I think Molly is gone for good...she went to go live with Abigail in CA is what we were told.....I think....I grew to hate Molly (new Molly) so I didn't pay attention too much.

Yes, they did kind of hint at Julia and Holden, didn't they. Gag me. Although I am not totally hooked on Lily and Holden anymore as a couple. Julia just grates on my nerves, but it's probably cause she's messing with my beloved Jack and Carly, LOL. Lily and Craig might be interesting...they certainly have known each other FOREVER---he's always been more of a big brother figure to her though....might be a little odd at first.

I was a faithful ATWT fan for years but finally managed to break my addiction about six years ago when they'd just resurected James Stenbeck for about the sixth time. But MAN! I gotta tell ya -this thread brings back memories! Steve and Betsy, Lily and Dusty, Shannon and Duncan, Craig and Sierra... Wow, they were all such a big part of my life for so long! I can't believe there's no more Snyder farm or the Mona Lisa. Are Kim and Bob still married? What about Lisa? Any of the Stewarts still around?
I'd better be careful, this thread could be enough to get me started again!

I caught that Juila and Holden "moment" too, and thought - Hey, that might be interesting... but really it might.

I am not crazy about Holden and Lily anymore either - I think they have just grown into such different people.


Now on to Molly - I really liked her - what made you dislike her so before she left --- and as a side note - wasn't it amazing how much she and Carly looked alike - (old Molly)i n a weird - different way - know what I mean?

I loved old Molly and thought she was beautiful. I loved her as Carly's cousin. I started not to like her character after her husband died. Then when they changed her to that NuMolly that looked more like Nikki should, I could not stand Molly!!! The NuNikki should have been Molly and the NuMolly should have been Nikki!

Did anyone see the clips for next week? Carly re-enacting her wedding to Jack and he walks in on it. Boy, I hope he gets his memory back sooner rather than later, before a new wedding. But you know, it won't be over! Julia will be pregnant!!!! That's what I think! But Carly could be too, right? Did they say they wanted more kids right before the accident and then they did the deed at the farm?? So we'll see!

Can't stand Julia and I sure hope she's only around for 6 months like I've been reading about.

as far as I know Kim and Bob are still married - and I can't remember which ones are the stewarts?? getting old and my memory is going

I still love Lucinda -- she will forever be a favorite of mine and Lisa how she would call her "old Lucy"

Emily is still around as is her mom, Susan. Betsy, Daniella and the rest has been gone a long time.

Farm is still there. That is where Rosanna and Paul are getting married. It just isn't featured much anymore. They do tend to show the Snyder pond or the barn more often than the farm house. Not sure about the Mona Lisa. I assume it is still in business but not featured. The hot spot where they show people eating, drinking at a the bar etc is now the hotel.


I have to say it again... I love Jack and Julia. I want Carly back the the old "I love to hate her" Carly instead of the boring mom/wife she became.

I liked Molly okay when she was played by Lesli Kay Sterling all those years; esp when she was with Jake. I also liked when she was with Andy. But the last few months she was on, and then when she was replaced with NuMolly (funny!), she did nothing for me....her character was boring and uber whiny- frantic almost..couldn't stand to watch her. I don't really care if they bring her back or not because she doesn't really seem to fit on the show right now.

I highly doubt Carly is pregnant- I mean that was MONTHS ago that she and Jack did it; and you know how soap world is; 4 days after the deed they faint, or throw up, etc.

The thing I read about Julia in either Soap Opera Digest or the CBS soap rag was that the actress that plays her only has a 6 month contract and she did not resign....now, hopefully they will not recast the part and I can't think when Julia came on the scene...July? August?

I haven't always been a Carly and Jack fan; for a long time Carly bugged the heck out of me. But they seemed to turn the corner for me when Jack saved her from James Stenbeck and helped her thru that burn recovery...then she screwed up by sleeping with Mike (but then again, Jack was being lame about the fashion designing stuff), but oh the scenes when she had Sage, and Katie helping them back together...and Katie and Mike snuggling under the stars in Montana....I loved that storyline.

I watched ATWT faithfully for years and years and then for some reason (and time constraints too) I got away from it but I read what's going on on cbs.com and catch some of it now and then (when I'm setting the vcr to tape Guiding Light - my favorite). Tell me how Barbara has been walking around nutso doing all kinds of things and she's not locked up but just under house arrest at Hal's? How did she get out of the mental hospital? I like the Jack and Carly storyline. I don't care for Julia. Why did they name the character the same name as crazy Julia that used to be with Jack?Am I the only one who would like to see Holden with someone other than Lily? Just some thoughts.

I have never been so invested in a story line in my life as I am with Carly/Jack. I almost feel a little silly! I afraid I wouldn't have been so nice, I would have rung Julias neck!

Epcotgal8, Barbara was kidnapped from the mental hospital by Dr. Decker (Susans serial killer husband or husband to be. I can't remember if they went through with the wedding) And for some reason, maybe I missed it, they thought she would be safer at Hals.
I think the reason they gave the new Julia the name Julia was to make Carley, for a brief time,think it was the old Julia. And maybe because Jack had a faint memory of a Julia. For giving her the same name they didn't use that twist very long.

Thanks for filling me in. If I remember correctly I think Dr. Decker did marry Susan and then tried to kill her for her money right after they were married. ?? So he is on the loose?
