Yeah, that Parker is a real actor. I cut him slack as he's a kid, but most of the time child actors on soaps drive me batty. The only ones I have really liked was the pre-teen Michelle on GL (the one who recently divorced Macauley Caulkin- she was Michelle when Maureen died) and the Marah around age 5. Oh and little Billy was cute too.

I have been tuning in and out the last couple of weeks. The whole Tom/Margo/Jess/Doc/Ben thing is just stupid to me. As everyone else has said, both Tom and Margo have cheated on each other before, producing CHILDREN, and Tom is having hissy fits over kissing. Whatever. And poor, poor Ben. Jess is making me so MAD! And I love Tamara Tunie and the character of Jessica- why are they doing this to her!?

The lucy/Dusty thing is interesting and it makes sense for Lily to get involved as she and Craig have a LONG history together, as well as that she's Lucy's aunt.

I hope they show us Jack soon and what the story is...where the heck is he? Did he find Atlantis? Is he bleeding on the shore? Did he turn Amish like Reva on GL?

Waiting to see what happens with Alison/Chris/Emily and Hal. I don't really think Alison and Chris fit, but rolling my eyes about him and Emily getting it on. It will be juicy, but old.

I want some more Henry and Mike please!

I feel like I've been watching ATWT all my life! My mom has been a fan forever...........I can't wait to see what happened to Jack. LOL My DDs were laughing at me b/c I was crying when he went over the bridge......I hate the Mago/Tom thing. I like Jess and Ben together, and I think Dusty and Lucy are cute together. Not sure about this Julia thing again, what elese can she do? She's already "raped" Jack, right?

I loved all those kids, as well as the little girl Lizzie on GL, Hayden Panatierre, and Brittany Snow, GL's Susan.

Hey Hilside - Thanks for starting this thread.
My two vices together - Disboards and ATWT!

My first memory of ATWT was watching with my Dad in the mid-1960's when Lisa was in jail for something.......and wondering why that lady was in jail

My Dad remembers when, while watching the show they cut in to see LeeHarvey Oswald being shot on "live" TV!

I've been watching regularly since early 80's and taping it since VCR's became popular!

Some of my thoughts:

- can they please stop making poor Ben suffer through another lost love
- I hate the Margo/Doc/Jessica story line.....very dumb! What's Jessica's problem jumping into the sack with men she can't stand!
- Also the Chris/Emily thing......been there before.
- I love when James Stenbeck is on.
- I really miss all the activity at the Snider farm. I used to really like those story lines, especially when all the Snider kids were on. Seth,Holden, Meg, Caleb and (oh my) I cannot remember the other two sister's names - Lily's and Rose's bio Mom who was raped by Josh, Meg's future husband - and the other one who was married to Kirk Anderson?? Anyway, it was always fun to see who would show up at the farm.
- plus I enjoy it when Lucinda has juicy story lines......it would be great if she turned out to be Josh's Mom, but I doubt it because wasn't Siera a child she had that she didn't know she had because of mysterious circumstances. That would be one two many births she didn't know about

Funny story about James.. On my local news this afternoon, a reporter interviewed Anthony Herrera (James) about his new book about his cancer battle. This was the same reporter who had a walk-on role a few weeks ago (she was the woman in the scene where Doc imagined both Tom and Ben pulling guns on him), and she also hosted the fan event I attended last week. In a voiceover, she introduced him by saying he had played the character of "James Steinbeck" for many years. Now, I could probably forgive the little pronunciation slip--except that, two seconds later, Herrera's first statement begins, "The thing about James Stenbeck is..." Doesn't she even listen to her own tape?

She knew about Siera, but laft her behind wiht her father when she was very young.
The child she had with James, she thought was dead. James told her it was David, but it turned out it was not him. That is why many think it might be Jordan, although he appears to be too young.

Lucinda did have another girl/woman living with her for a while that I thought was a daughter she didn't know about. She was young and looked maybe spanish or something, long black hair & a bit of accent. Who the heck was that?? I thought Lily made mention of her being her sister.....

I can't remember her name, but she wasn't Lucinda's biological child. I can't remember if she was formally adopted or not, but Lucinda did raise her, from about her early teens+. I think she was from Montega, but I dont' remember the specifics about how she came to live with Lucinda. I think it was during the time Siera was presummed dead.

Bianca is Lucinda's (other) adopted daughter. She adopted her sometime in the mid to later 80's and then she went off to who knows where and is only occasionally mentioned.

Wasn't Bianca the bio daughter of one of Lucinda's previous husbands (maybe Siera's father - Mr. Estivan??) and took her in when he died?

Oh yes, I remember the Lucinda/David/James thing now. Maybe Jordan then?? Although wasn't David a lot older than Jordan is now.....you gotta love soap time lines!

Too many twists over the years for me to remember.

I do have a book packed in a box somewhere commemorating 60 years (I think) of ATWT. It gave a year by year summary of what happened and all the characters to date. I'll try to find it, it'll be great reference.....for me at least! Ellie......that's it.....duh!

How come they don't know that Jack's "body" was missing after the accident? Seems like this hospital couldn't be too far away from that bridge.

And, with Jack being a police officer, you would think they have his finger prints on file. Wouldn't they do that? I don't really know that is something they do, but seems like in RL they would need to have them on file in case they have unidentified prints at a crime scene and can then link them back to an officer.

Sorry for so many questions today.

Okay, now I don't anyone to think I'm a perv but last night as I was flipping thru the hbo & cinemax channels for something to watch, I came across one of those shows on cinemax afterhours. I was just certain the woman was Molly and I kept watching for a few minutes to discover (uncover is probably a better word, lol) that it was indeed Molly, Lesli Kay Sterling. I had no idea she did porno movies before ATWT. The credits said 1996.

There was nothing left to the imagination.

So what are they going to do, have Jack and Julia get back together and then Carly will find him somehow, but he'll already be with Julia or what? According to Soap Opera Digest, even Michael Park (Jack) and Sarah Brown (Julia) don't know for sure! The writers are keeping it a big mystery.

Too funny! I confess, I too was flipping, but it was a year or so ago and came across Molly. I guess you gotta start somewhere!

I hope it's not the real Julia.......but we can all tell what is going to happen. The "other" Julia will eventually fall in love, Jack will think it's Julia and "be in love", they will get married and somehow someone will go to the hospital, or they will go to Oakdale and find Jack, he won't know who he is, and Carly will be crushed, etc., etc. Haven't we seen this before???

What's with James and the helicopter ladder in last weeks previews.........interesting? He'll probably be personally checking whether Rosanna and Jorden "do it"
