As previously reported, Jack and Carly go to Montana where Carly hopes to
rekindle their relationship. It works and she and Jack wind up in bed.
Afterwards, Jack feels terribly guilty about cheating on his wife. They
return home and Katie, after thinking of leaving Oakdale, decides to give
her marriage another shot... until she realizes that Jack and Carly slept
together. And later, Katie also becomes aware that Carly is now faking her
illness.

I'm so disappointed in Carly.
When the IVF process fails and it looks like Gwen can't even carry a child,
Gwen and Will decides to try and adopt. But Will's felony record makes them
unlikely to be elgible for adoption. Gwen is growing more desperate to have
a child.....so how long is it going to take for her to ask to adopt her future niece or nephew??
Paul promises Meg that he'll dump Ro so they can be together. But Meg
continues to doubt Paul when she sees Ro and Paul's wedding plans go
forward.
And then Meg realizes that's she's late. And not for dinner.
Luke and Noah commit to one another when Noah asks Luke if he wants to be his boyfriend, despite Luke's medical condition. Luke agrees, but tells
Noah that it's unlikely he'll ever get better. Noah has faith that he will
and asks him to at least try. The physical therapist says that part of
Luke's problem is his attitude and he needs an adjustment on that if he's
ever to get better. But Luke only grows more inconsolable about his
condition, falling deeper into a depression and untimately loses the will to
live.
