I haven't watched in a while, and I was like wow, that's some accelerrated program they have in Montega!

WHY OH WHY - why do they always have to shoot people in the middle of the chest!! - I was yelling "Aim for the leg Katie - aim for the leg!!" Now how is Mike ever going to look at her again - and if she just aimed for the leg it would have at least slowed him down without killing him. - Sigh

THIS WEEK ON ‘AS THE WORLD TURNS’
Carly misinterprets Jack’s reasons for moving back home. Will & Gwen’s marriage isn’t as stable as they thought. Paul stands up to Emily….for Meg. Dusty officially adopts Johnny. Lucy is accused of making Jen look unfit as a mother. Mike loves Katie, but will he ever be able to forgive her for Nick’s death?

DAMIEN’S RETURN DOESN’T SIT WELL WITH HOLDEN
Holden is not happy when he sees Damien with Lily and Luke. Luke reassures Holden that though he is his only father, he feels connected to Damien since his return because he accepts & supports him, unlike Lily. Holden and Damien argue back and forth, accusing the other of doing Luke harm. When Luke chooses Holden over Damien, Damien becomes livid and takes his frustration out on Lily. Unable to convince Lily to take his side over Holden, Damien asks Lily to take Luke’s side in the matter.

Anyone else think it is odd that they are bringing back both Simon & Damien at the same time? Are they hurting that bad for ideas or will there be a tie in somewhere?

OOooOO interesting idea... wonder what the tie could be... hmmmm

I do think sometimes they are grasping for ideas - but then they hook me in with another storyline.

I do feel a little sorry for her and I do think she did the right thing BUT I also think she's smothering Mike a little bit too. I think she should give him his space.

Lucy...a...doctor..... She only was gone a year...and now's she a doctor.

I totally can't STAND the "new" Lucy, btw. She is going to be trouble...she looks like a witch...the old Lucy was nice. That 1 year becoming a Doctor seems to have changed her.

The whole Mike and Katie thing. Mike is being such an @$$! His cousin killed someone, left her in Mike's house to rot(and they didn't notice a rotting body? WTH?) and then held Katie and Carly as his hostages AND left Carly to die. But Mike thinks he still a good guy. I used to love MIke and Katie together...but now, I hope Simon comes back and he and Katie get together and leave Mike in the dust.

Do you think Lucy is going to break up Jen and Dusty and Jen and Mike get back together? I honestly don't know who would want him, he's practically already been with/married to every woman in the town.

Will is such a screw up. I can't believe him. I used to love him and Gwen. Now he's getting on my nerves.

I like the new Lucy. Jen is kind of boring. Needs a shake up there.

Katie - I do feel bad for her, can't wait for Simon!!

I'm totally feeling bad for Katie. I used to LOVE Mike, but he's being a total jerk. I cannot wait to see MY McDreamy- Simon! He's HOT!

Will is acting like a major dork- very nerve-grating!

New Lucy- haven't decided yet, but I too love the 1 year to get thru undergraduate school AND become a doctor. Maybe they did that so there wouldn't be so much a 'yuck' factor between her and Dusty's age difference. I never could past that she was 18 and he was what, 35? Gimme a break. I did read that the actress who is playing Jen is leaving (probably read that here, lol!) so maybe they are setting the stage for a breakup.

What was up with Barbara's hair extensions yesterday? I was laughing over that. Although Colleen Zenk Pinter certainly ages WELL! She is so pretty!

And I think Gwen is so much softer with the longer hair. I like that she's not so hard....

Anyway, gotta go, but I think the show has been pretty good lately! I am ready for a Lucinda romance or something. I just LOVED it when she and John were together. And remember when the fun hangout was the pool house at the country club? I loved that era. Oh, I did read that Damien was going to send Luke to some convert camp to make him not be gay anymore---this was in TV Guide. There was something else too- I will have to go back and look. Anyway, this sending Luke away somehow segueways into Lily flipping out (ala starting her maternity leave).

Two Spoilers:

Damien will send Luke to a camp that claims to deprogram homosexuals. Also Emily, will allow her fetus to be harvested for stem cells in order to save the life of Jenn's baby.

Chris Goutman says the Luke twist is quite startling, "The camp director shows up at the house, and it's basically like, 'Pack your bags. I've got the car running'. It's pretty scary for Luke" So scary it triggers an accident-that will allow Martha Byrne to exit the show on a long maternity leave.

I watch Y&R, B&B and ATWT so I read spoilers for them all!

This is what I found for Y&R for next week:

In spite of Jack and Phyllis at odds over N.V.P., him and Carmen are finding romance in all the right places. Nikki is surprised with a gift by Victor, whose odd behavior still continues. Gloria continues to meddle in Kevin's life, but Kevin's love life begins to blossom.

Nick and Sharon work together to try to repair their marriage, but can Sharon forgive Nicholas for his betrayal? Suspicion draws near for Colleen as she starts searching JT's files, which forces her to confront him with the truth about his investiagation on Brad.

I also read that Victor gives Nikki a dog. He realizes at one point that he can't hear her when she thanks him. That he will either dream about or have a vision of his ex-wife Hope (in July). And this is the biggie; he will sell his NVP stocks to Jack!!! This will make Nikki very angry and make Phyllis' life miserable!
