We're heading down March 31st - April 5th - visiting our CP kid for Easter.

We have never been for Easter, love still finding new 'firsts'.

So fun! As a former CP kid, those visits from family mean SO much and really help get through some of those long working days Hoping for us both that Easter weekend won't be too crowded!

Today is our ADR (Advanced dining reservation) day. The reservations opened at 5am central time and I was ready. The one ADR that I was worried about was Story Book dining, but I didn't have a problem getting what I wanted with any of my reservations.

ADRs this morning went very smoothly. Geo-82, Oga's and Beak and Barrel all booked at the times I was hoping for!

Today is my ADR day, I’m only wanting to book 2. I got Garden Grill for my kid’s birthday but I can’t book Whispering Canyon. It’s actually showing no availability after the end for February. Plenty of availability tomorrow, but absolutely nothing in March or April…

Edit: Now it’s available to book. Wonder why it wasn’t earlier…

Was able to book the first of our ADRs today for our split stay, not as much availability as I hoped, but considering it's a race weekend and the start of spring break in the Northeast not too unexpected. Had to do the old trusty trick of booking for a different party size and then modifying it to get what we wanted, but at least that worked! Now to do this all over again in two days, gotta love split stays

We are heading down for our annual April drive on the 17th. So glad vacation doesn’t fall on Easter week this year.

We'll be at The Poly Island Tower April 9-10 and then move to Beach Club Villas April 10-17!

We are in the middle of booking our Disneyland ADRs for our 1st trip!

So far we have lunch at Cafe Orleans (4/15), breakfast at Storytellers Cafe (4/16), breakfast at the Plaza (4/17), and dinner at Blue Bayou (4/18), my oldest daughter’s birthday!

Still need to book a brunch at Lamplight Lounge (4/19) & lunch at Jazz Kitchen (4/20) to round out our trip.

It does look like the middle of April might be a little break from the bigger spring crowds. At least, that is what I keep telling myself.
