I will not be booking our flight home with these prices today. I hope they go down after a couple days like our arrival flight did.

What is UP with Southwest?!?!? Seriously....I have never seen their fares so high!! I usually would buy on the day they are released and took a gamble after watching SW fares for close to my April dates, and I booked with Jet Blue instead because I got tickets for my family of four for $950!!! It's out of Boston though, which is annoying since I LIVE in Manchester...but soooooo glad I did book them!!! I thought I would regret it today once SW fares came out but the cheapest option for non stop RT is $2400!!!!!

And most of the return flights are sold out at the lowest rate!! That's the last day of NH school vacation though so I'm sure a lot of people were waiting for those rates today....wow, SW.

The prices are crazy high! I booked our return flight on 4/28 using points (so I can change/cancel & get the points back) at $212 for two of us and $247 for the other two. I had completed the whole transaction but it could only confirm two of us at that price. So annoying... Then I had to start over and book the other two of us at $247.

Now I'm waiting out the flight down around 4/18. We are more flexible with that date and we usually fly down on a Thursday. I don't see myself paying almost $300 one way per person for a Thursday flight.

all set for us! I got 165 for our return flight to BDL! Not too bad for a total of 1198.40 RT school vacation week! SO now here is my stupid question for this monday morning! I have to call to add our flight number/DME. I also now need to add a 1nt room only. I know I can link it to our other "package" BUT will I be able to use my park tickets from my package? I know my dining will technically end the thursday night (18th), as friday would have been our day to check out and leave. WOuld that be the same for our tickets? 5 day water park/hopper tickets? Help! I have only ever done a 1 nt room only on the start of the trip, with no intentions on hitting a park. Am i making sense? Hope someone can chime in here before I call Disney!

good luck! Now that I have those flights booked I realize how stressed I was and didn't realize it. I feel like the weight of the world has been lifted. What day are you trying for - are you flexible?

Debbie (i assume that's your name, lol??) - we don't drive to the airport. If NH I'll have my father drive us. If Boston, we'll take a limo or town car.

As long as you have park days or waterpark/DQ entitlements left the tickets will be good for 14 days after first use. No worries.

I spent about $500 for our return tickets with my AT credit and my goal for our tickets down is not over $500 with my SW points. It's still ridiculous if you ask me, to have to pay $1000 for tickets with a good amount of credit and points but, better than paying $3,000 so I guess I'll shut up about it.

I checked other airports on both ends and the only way we can afford to fly back is to stay 3 more nights, but then we are paying more to stay. This is SO upsetting.

we had planned on taking a late flight out on the 19th. so we booked the package for those days, but I booked our return for the morning of the 20th. I didn't want to pay over 300+ dollars for the last night, so we just paid for a room only at AOA. Our tickets will still be good on the 19th (thanks for that info!) so all we need to do is pay for any food. We will try to share a few CS here and there and accumulate at least 4 for that Friday, and pay oop for the rest. It works out cheaper that way

The tickets we have out are from Providence, so that's where our car would be, but thank you for looking

We are flying down the 10th and staying in Sarasota with my in laws for a few days, that flight out was $130 each I think?

We ended up booking the flights down and the flights home separately. Going down was not so bad but coming home is more than I have ever paid for a R/T to Orlando. But we wanted non-stop and we wanted to fly to PVD and we wanted to have atleast most of the day in Disney. So I guess I am over my complaining. I am just relieved that we are all booked - flights, ADRs, etc. Only need a car ressie and we are good to go. Now it is the close to 6 months obsessing over what to pack, etc. I love it !!

alarm was set for 5:50, made a coffee and waited! Flights were supposed to be on by 6:00am, was a few minutes after that. Maybe 6:15 when they finally showed and was booked by 6:30AM all set to get older DS out for school! Phew.

wow, so they were only up 45 mins before anything realistic was sold out? Crazy!

We might have to cancel this trip :-(
