Thanks for the post! Very excited....I'm REALLY surprised they are up already!

Park hours are out on the TA Site. click here

The link just takes me to April 2012 hours, and nothing on the Disney site either. Is anyone really finding April 2013 hours already???

EDIT - never mind, finally got it to come up with 2013, must have had an old copy in the cache. WooHoo!!!

those are 2013 hours

Yeah I finally got it to give me the right one, I had previously looked at that same URL when it was still showing 2012, and even though I was reloading, it wasn't giving me the new file. New browser window took care of it. I was starting to think it was some sort of conspiracy to keep the info from me specifically when everyone else was reporting that they were there! :rotfl2:

I already had everything all planned out based on the predicted schedule, and it was right on... except that the night I had planned to watch the fireworks and parade at MK is the only night during our trip that there isn't one! ARGG! so I had to re-arrange everything. But I think I have it worked out now. The only worry I have about our "new" plan is that we'll be doing MK on our last day, and it's an EMH morning. Which means we'll have to get up super early to get checked out of YC, eat breakfast, and be at MK by 8am. But at least we'll get an extra hour there this way. :)

does AK normally have (2) morning EMH ?? And does it usually vary like that? One week its M & S, another it's Weds. & Sat, another it's M & W?
Not that it matters much to me b/c we're probably not even doing AK, but I thought it was weird.

On the TA list of hours, does the "PM (2)" indicate that the PM EMH are only 2 additional hours, not 3? Not that we usually do the PM EMH, but just in case we change our mind.

Thanks!

I am not a TA, but that's what I took the (2) to mean.

it must, there was a big brouhaha recently about them reducing the evening EMH hours

I figured that's what it meant. That's ok, we're morning people anyway.

We find it funny we can be up at 5:30am in Disney, yet struggle to get up by 7am at home. Lol!

WOW look what I missed yesterday! PARK HOURS!!! yeah! Now to plan which day for which park(s) we plan on 5 park days and 2 waterpark days. Happy planning everyone ;)

ugh this is tough! For the first time in YEARS we are adding the Hopper to our tickets. We also are planning 2 days at Waterparks....so I can't choose! I don't know which days to split the parks. What I do know is that we only want to go to DHS 1x for half day. AK can be 2 (1/2) days also. We do NOT got to EMH AM or PM. Not one. Anyone want to help me fill in these blanks? We have 5 day hopper wpm tix. Basic Dining plan too. Staying at AOA in LM room.

April 12 arrive 10:45AM
April 13
April 14
April 15
April 16
April 17
April 18
April 19 *we may leave on this day in the evening* OR
April 20 * this day early AM flight***depends on flight prices. So I would need to tack on a 1 night room only if we leave Sat.

Anyone want to give it a shot? Its hard to condense. Last year we went for 10 days and had 8 day base tickets. :bitelip:

I have to say, I'm a little surprised at the closing times of the parks for Easter and the week that follows. I'm not complaining, but I'm just surprised. We went on an off week at the end of February/beginning of March a few years ago and there were nights when without PM EMH, Magic Kingdom was open until 11PM or midnight. Well, it's still a good thing we're morning people. Here's what we're anticipating our plans will be:

3/31 (Easter Sunday): AK, arrival day
4/1: DHS (AM EMH)
4/2: MK (AM EMH)
4/3: Epcot
4/4: MK (AM EMH)
4/5: DHS (AM EMH), departure day

I'm sure some of these will change when the recommendations come out, but based on our holiday week experience last year at Christmas, I'm pretty confident these will be our best bets. We love AM EMH, and will take advantage of them often.
