I'm having a panic attack. It's 180 days out. I've had my restaurant list finalized for days. I wake up early this morning to make ADRs ... and the list can't link my resort reservation to the dining, so it will only let me make one!

It's an eight-digit number; it can pull up the resort reservation just fine on the WDW site, but won't link to dining.

We're trying for a few hard-to-get things and I'm just sick!

Call at 7:00! You'll be fine. :goodvibes

But if the site can't link them, will the operator be able to? I can't figure how I screwed up!

You probably didn't screw up, the website is super wacky a lot of times.
If you have a package, your reservation number is probably 8 digits with two letters in there....if its a room only, then the number is probably a 12 digit number (all numbers).

Disney dining will be able to help you out for sure. Weird things happen with that website. I'd be annoyed too! :headache:

Yeah, I wouldn't worry. the CM will be able to see your reservation. Anyways, even if for some reason you couldn't make them for the next couple days, nothing is going to be completely sold out!

Thank you for your calming influence. :) It's eight digits, two letters, as you say. This is just SO frustrating ... I got up an hour early after not sleeping well last night!

I'm a crazy planner and this frustrates my type-A soul. :lmao:

try logging out, clearing your cookies and logging back in.
I have no real reason to think that will work but hey, worth a shot. All computer problems are solved by clearing your cookies, lol. :lmao:

Same thing happened to me, it couldn't link my reservation. I called at 7am and got all my ressies. After they were all made, I had to go back into the Disney site and "retrieve reservations" entering each and every reservation number. I'm sure the reservations were in order but I just like being able to actually see them on the Disney site! :)

Let us know how you make out!

Got 'em! :cool1: I called at 7 a.m. Still no idea why it wouldn't link (and trying to figure out how to give feedback on that), but the person I talked to was very helpful and we got everything we wanted. (Including CRT breakfast.)

How very odd. I was up, at my computer with my coffee ... and wham, red error message. Just what I needed! :lmao:

All's well that ends well, but what an unneeded rush of adrenaline!

Thank you for the calming words and advice, folks. ;) Love this board.

what day is your CRT breakfast??? Ours is the 27th!!! :dance3:

April 30! Too bad, our kids are even the same ages! (DS2 will be almost 5.) :) Both boys, but I'm pleased to say that the princesses are still just characters to them and not "Ewww, princesses!" :lmao:

4/23: Chef Mickey, 5 p.m.
4/24: Crystal Palace, 5 p.m.
4/25: Hollywood & Vine, 11:30 p.m.
4/26: 'Ohana, 5:20 p.m.
4/27: Boma, 5:15 p.m.
4/28: Cape May Cafe, 5 p.m.
4/29: Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater, 5:40 p.m.
4/30: CRT, 9 a.m.

Lots of character meals this trip. This will be DS1's first visit since he was 1, and DS2's first trip ever! We thought it would be a nice way for them to meet the characters without lines.

'Ohana is DH's absolute favorite; CMC is my request because I love crab legs; Boma is a must because we honeymooned at AKL. ;) Sci-Fi is a whim. (That's our OOP night.)

i think on MK and EP days it's always better to take a break and then go back. AK and HS we'll just soldier through and finish.

This sounds like a great approach. Though my DD generally still naps, there are certainly days where we overhear her enacting her own one man show with her stuffed-animals instead of going to sleep. I think it might be difficult to get her down on those days where we don't have much time. Thanks to everyone for your helpful advice.

Bless you....this would have made me crazy, too! I actually found myself getting nervous when I was sitting there making my ADRs at 5:00 a.m. However, when all was said and done, I ended up changing my mind on our time for Chef Mickeys and when I called to change the reservation a couple of days later, it was no problem. Glad everything worked out for you and you got what you wanted!

Because I know you are all losing sleep over it ;), I wanted to let you know I got my airfare settled and it worked out VERY well!!! Here is what I posted over on the southwest thread:

So excited!!! Managed to cash in some credit card rewards, and change our flights from PVD to BDL and in the end only spent $200 per person out of pocket!! So the five of us are flying for $1000 round trip!

The catch is we had to stay another night.....taking an early flight Monday vs leaving Sunday night. Trying to decide if we extend the Disney trip ($$) or just leave later from the hotel, drop the car off and stay in the hotel airport!

Thoughts?

wow, did you see that Dec. thread? First of all, look how many people are going. :o
Secondly, did you see the whole "Getting to Know You" slideshow, lol? My comp. keeps freezing up on it so I can't view the whole thing.

I missed that part. I have to say that I'm not savvy enough to attempt anything of that magnitude! Of course if anyone else here wants to, I'll me more than happy to put a link on the first post. THAT I do know how to do!

Hi! My name is Monica,my daughters (ages 10 & 11) and I will back in the World April 6-14.

I had planned on staying at AoA (we were there in September and loved it) but I couldn't justify the cost of a family suite for just the 3 of us. And we all agreed the Little Mermaid rooms were too far of a walk from the main pool and food court. Sooooooo, I booked POP and couldn't be happier. We've stayed there several times and just love it!

My ADRS include

*Crystal Palace with Pooh and the gang (our tradition)
*Tusker house for breakfast
*50's Prime Time for lunch
*1900 Park Fare for dinner (so excited to meet the Tremaines)

I'm hoping to get Wishes Dessert Party ressies when it opens. And I considered Be our Guest for dinner but decided to try lunch first. My 10 yr old loved T-Rex so we may have to head back there; it really is a fun place.

It's so great to have this thread so we can all share the excitement! :goodvibes

If you want me to add your ADRs to the ADR post (# 991), post them here in this format:

Date -- Place -- Time

and I'll get them listed for you.

Planning is half the fun of a Disney trip!

Be sure to yell out "HEY EVIL STEPMOTHER!...EVIL STEPMOTHER!" lol:rotfl2:
We did that and got an entire run down of Lady Tremaine's lineage, and how she's not evil. LOL... She then kicked the Prince, as she said "oh, sorry, sorry again! She was awesome! ...as were the stepsisters. :thumbsup2
