I am anxiously awaiting codes for Oct 8-16. Right now I am booked for 3 rooms at CBR with the AAA rate for a total of approx $3600. I'm hoping to drop 700-800 off of that.

According to friends who work for Disney, bookings for the summer are really up. Hopefully people have not booked rooms they won't keep without a discount.

If bookings are up, discounts might be really down and slow coming.

Try not to worry too much, It's been my experience that even when the tourist industry was BOOMING (pre 9-11) there were always discounts, really good ones actually. Disney has alot of rooms to fill.

I spoke to a CM who called me to reply to my email about E-ride nights. He said attendence has exceeded expectations therefore hours have been extended making it difficult to add and E-ride night. If the park is open until midnight you can't have E-ride until 3AM.

If attendence is up most likely so are bookings and if the changes in EMH attract even more resort guests perhaps discounts won't be so necessary.

I'd really like to bring my expenses for my August trip down so I can add a December trip.
