Is anyone planning on writing about their training progress on a blog? I am..check out (and instagram.com/eatplaywod). This is my first half and I'm most definitely not a "runner"![]()
Okay, be gentle with me here cause, as I said, I am a very beginner beginner. But I just did my longest walk and with my best time. 1.72 miles at a 14:32 pace. I even ran in two (very) short spurts, but I can tell I'm getting a little stronger!

I think you're doing great.when I started training for last years PHM, I kept a training journal. I just peeked at it, and I started at 17:30 minute miles walking most of it! Haha!
by the time I went to the Princess my best time was 12:50/mile and I was able to run a 5k without walking. It's definitely a journey! Keep going! You will be amazed at yourself by February 22nd.
