Thank you for the updates everyone!

So, boats are running after MNSSHP. Does anyone know about the monorail as that's another question we often receive. Greatly appreciate everyone sharing their actual experiences!

Looks like park hours and Early Entry at MK on the first party date, Aug 9th, have not been adjusted to include an extra hour in the morning. Park hours still listed at 9am (8:30 for EE). I was hoping for a change to 8am (730am EE)

DH and I are going on Halloween. We aren't buying any regular park tickets this trip as we are coming for the half Marathon and can get into Epcot with a ticket we get with that, and the halloween party is our MK day. I'm wondering if the lightning lane multipass can be purchased for a party day. I'm mainly thinking of the photopass benefit, plus if we get a few rides in with it, it would be worth it for 2 of us. We've always had an annual ap with photopass on it, so this hasn't been an issue before. I see they want $75 for a single day if you buy the photopass separately. Staying at Dolphin if that matters.

I think there has been a party-only type of photo pass available in the past.

With the first parade starting at 815pm, it won't be fully dark. (8:06 pm sunset for August 13th). I think I'm not happy about that. I'd rather it be dark.

Do they usually keep a good supply of the merch? We’ll be there Oct 11th and I’m worried that they may run out by then.

Cant predict. that's about the time we go - often they are out of many things by then. but not always - and supply chains are still all over the place.

I still wish they offered a preorder/purchase of part specific items that you pickup at party...specifically pin.

We are going on Friday, 8/30 and can’t wait! We will be bringing some first timers, my parents and nephew! I am hoping that the standby lines are not too bad for Tron and Tiana’s or that we can buy the Lightning Lane Single Pass for one or both of them.

You cannot buy LLSP for Tiana under any circumstances. TBD if party tickets will allow you to purchase LLSP for Tron, we won't know until the parties kick off.

Thanks! Maybe I will just get in line for Tiana’s at exactly 7pm as it’s a standby line for the party.

If we can't get VP or LL, that is our plan as well.
The park closes to day guests at 6PM so you should be able to head there at 6PM if you wish. The queue will need to close out those with the final BG's called and late ILL$ but then party guests will be able to ride.

Would LL be worth the purchase on party nights? So I have park tickets for a sunday which is the night we will be going to the party. We will go in around lunch time but wasn't sure if LL would be worth the purchase knowing we also have the party that night too.

You mean to use during the day right? NO LLMP during the party.

Well...it depends what you consider to be worth it. Since the park closes earlier, there will be less capacity for LLMP. There is data to support that MK is less crowded/lower wait on party dates, so maybe it's not needed. The plus side would be you could potentially book Tiana, IASW (long ride), and another tier 2 to ensure that you get to ride them before the party starts. And, with luck, you'd be able to pull more LLMP after you use your first one. Get a bunch of rides in so you can focus on party stuff during the party.

So it will just be two adults. No small kids. The main reason I got the party tickets was for my Aunt to meet Jack and Sally which is one her ALL TIME FAV movies. I have never heard of the term IASW....what is that?

It's a Small World

If you want to meet Jack & Sally, watch this thread for info after the first party (location of the meet & greet & when the line starts), but in general, you'll want line up for Jack & Sally as soon they let you. I think last year they opened the line at 4pm, not sure what time they started greeting.

I would say probably not worth it givin this scenario. You are not entering until after lunch (so, maybe 1:00??) and then planning to line up for Jack and Sally (so, 4:00?) . Doesnt give alot of time to get $$ worth. Youll likely be in the Jack and Sally line for a long time, and possibly until very close to official party time. You could only get your 3 rides and then you need to have availability to get the ones you want in that time frame. Thats still an unknown and also dependent on when your LLMP booking availability is.
