Awesome Idea, I can't wait until we go to Mickey's not so scary Halloween party! Our group is going as a Oogie Boogie baseball team. Used a lot of glow in the dark vinyl so hopefully we will glow all night! We all have black shorts and a oogie boogie baseball hats. Tried to come up with something we wouldn't melt in.View attachment 880164View attachment 880165
Thanks. As of now they are glowing strong...love the led flashlight idea.Take along one of the small LED flashlights so you can recharge (up close) your glow areas in a few minutes. Check it at home in a dark bathroom for best method.
Soooo... What's everyone wearing?![]()
Just a note that costumes are not permitted to be worn by adults until the park opens to party guests.Honestly, debating whether we will dress up or not. Because that would have to take the buss back to the resort, and not sure it is worth it or not. But wearing it in the hot August sun all day would be to much too!
Agreed! And you are right, they have to dump spice on everything! I hope this year will have plenty on non spicy options too.i just hope theres some non spicy savory options this year. last year there was nothing i could eat cuz it was all spicy![]()
Dang! You guys don’t play around! Love it!Last year, my daughter and I were Mike and Marty Wazowski, and my wife an EEK member. The costumes had googley eyes, and the laugh canister had lights and sound effects. We went around and told jokes, and then the laugh canister had a laugh track and sound of filling up.

This year she wanted to be Anne and Darcy from Amphibia. I started the costumes back in March and we're still working on them. It's been an ambitious undertaking.

@monique5. It's not listed on p. 1 yet. Is that the only date other than 10/31 sold out?8/13 sold out
This is a slightly quicker timeframe than last year when the 2nd party sold out 7/25. As you can see in the sell out data from last year this kinda kicked off the sell-out announcements so if you're on the fence it might be time to start thinking about making that call- especially if you're looking at an August party.
Yup those are the only sellouts@monique5. It's not listed on p. 1 yet. Is that the only date other than 10/31 sold out?
i feel like if i'm paying good money for a ticketed event with exclusive food, make it so theres options for everyone. i wound up having chicken fingersAgreed! And you are right, they have to dump spice on everything! I hope this year will have plenty on non spicy options too.
Ooh! I want to see pics! Sounds so fun!We are Disney bounding so we can enter early if we wish. I am maleficent in a black sundress with Etsy ears, teen is scarlet witch in a red thrift store dress with Etsy ears, and spouse is Loki with a variant T-shirt and green cape for the scooter!
Same question here! Following!Do they typically have a party exclusive light up necklace? Or is the one I see on Disney store the same one they’ll have? I’m thinking of buying it for my kids early just in case it’s sold out.

I have an alien from Toy Story shirt with a green alien headband and my daughter is going to be Barbie from Toy Story. Her boyfriend is going to be Squeaky (I believe that is the name of the Toy Story penguin). I think he will be wearing a tshirt too. My daughter has the costume for Barbie. We are minimalists for the most part lol
My sister was kind and bought tickets for the two of us to go, and she's going as Madame Leota, so I'm attempting a Haunted Mansion ghost. I have a silvery dress and I'm going to make an Elizabethan ruff, and ordered some silvery wings (which are not on theme but they look cool. You can make them short or long so I won't be poking anybody with them) I also have a pair of silver mouse ears that I'm going to adapt to be spookier, with a patch of skeleton hands making that heart shape that the kids do these days.
I think his name was Wheezy? Because he wheezed when he talked since his squeaker was broken.
