Disney says everyone will be refunded to their original form of payment if they bought direct from Disney within a week.

Experiences from anyone who bought 3rd party would be helpful info (who did you buy from? did they get you a refund? etc)

Just received my CC refund for the Thursday party. . That was fast.

Got the notification when I was in line for Guardians. I paid with a GC, haven’t disposed of any of them,have to wait until I get back to my room to login and check

That was my only ticket for tomorrow, will check the weather tonight to decide if I will do something else.

Disney always tries to refund to the original gc. If they can’t they’ll go the new gc route but it is a hassle.

is there a specific number to call to ask? We have 8 tickets for a halloween party in october and my sister was able to take off work and just added on to our hotel and now it's all sold out.

I would recommend calling. Disney will often allow an additional ticket to be added to a sold out party for a guest in your friends and family list. They understand plans can change.

Anyone had any luck getting added on to Friday night’s party? Currently on hold to see if it can somehow happen, obviously assuming it can’t since it’s sold out, but worth a try.

If no luck I’d try at MK in person on Fri. There are gonna be cancellations from folks whose travel plans were affected by the storm.

For Ian, our Thurs September 29th party was cancelled and refunded on Tues, and we were told we had to wait until Fri to speak to MK GR.

Here are photos of the GR lines for MNSSHP tickets on Fri 9/30/22 @ 7:50 am and 8:03 am. As you can see, lines had already formed both inside and outside the park. If you can get inside the park, that would be the better line.

The party was previously sold-out, however, many people had cancelled making tickets available.

I appreciate you posting this. I had been considering trying tomorrow morning for tickets, but I am moving over to Universal tomorrow, so I will probably skip it. Not a fan of long lines, there’s always next year!

What’s the best time to get in line do you think? I tried twice at the gs counter at MK today with no luck.

I believe GR opens 30 min prior to park opening, so the earlier the better. Personally, I would be there by 7 am since MK EE opens at 7:30 am.

It appears they had no organized plan this year. For Ian, ticket sales were suspended until the morning of Fri the 30th:

It makes me wonder if they decided to put up the for sale sign yesterday in the MK, which means guests who previously did not have tickets could suddenly buy them. If so, that is very disappointing.

I don’t think so, as we were at the park yesterday, and I stopped at guest services any time entering or exiting the park. Hopefully some lucky ones did get some.
