Thank you for this. My CM asked me to hold for the survey, and then the phone hung up. I like that I can leave comments on the call separate from the Cast Member. No wait time listed once I did got through was my main complaint.

At this point I don't think they give a crap about that. Alot of people just going to bag on the CM for their long, excruciating wait for tickets to a three hour event. I got cut off too so I am guessing the CM doesn't know the survey has been stopped.

From the My Plans, Reservations and Tickets, Click on the blue circle at the top that says Park Tickets, the click on Link Tickets. Enter the confirmation number where it asks for the ID Number. The should bring up all of your tickets and let you chose who you want them assigned to. The CM told me to make sure that child tickets are assigned to kids and not people over 9 or you will likely have issues when you get to the party. I was able to link the tickets at the end of my phone call but the assigned tickets took a day to show up as assigned in MDE.

This is the worst, why can't you buy these online? The Boo Bash page even says tickets can be purchased online. I spent 20 minutes driving myself crazy because I couldn't find the link to purchase.

Can't buy them online until June 15th.

I was never able to get through yesterday. I got busy signal, call failed & all circuits are bust. Called early this morning and finally got in @ 6:48 am. I held for 2 hours & 28 minutes before I accidently hung up while trying to work. I tried again on my lunch hour and got in on my second call. I held for 1 hour 25 minutes but Jay was wonderful and got me my 1 ticket for 9/7. This will be my first trip down to visit my DD on her DCP.

I'm sure that will be no problem. For some reason if you assign a child's ticket to an adult you may have a problem according to the CM I spoke with. I'm sure it is an IT "feature". that will just hold you up at entry.

Experience report: Called the DVC line in the afternoon today before the training closure. Wait time accurate, 45 minutes. DVC CM had trouble connecting to the ticketing app, so I waited an additional 15-ish minutes for that to work. Once connected, the ticket purchase went smoothly. Total cost for one ticket with DVC discount $137. (Sept 10th) No survey so far.

After realistically several hundred times hitting send on the phone number yesterday, I gave up last night when I saw the reports on here of 5 hour hold times. Today leaving work, I tried calling. On the third call try, I actually connected to the hold queue! After an hour and a half of listening to that glorious Disney music (and advertising), I have my ticket for 8/10!! Never done anything Disney Halloween, so I'm very excited to add this event to my solo trip celebrating surviving this crazy school year (I'm a school speech pathologist). The cast member was the sweetest and I took her up on her offer to purchase Memory Maker while I was on the line. I was going to anyway, so it saved me forgetting. Whole process for ticket and memory maker was less than 10 minutes once I was talking to a human.
