Thank you for this. My CM asked me to hold for the survey, and then the phone hung up. I like that I can leave comments on the call separate from the Cast Member. No wait time listed once I did got through was my main complaint.
At this point I don't think they give a crap about that. Alot of people just going to bag on the CM for their long, excruciating wait for tickets to a three hour event. I got cut off too so I am guessing the CM doesn't know the survey has been stopped.
