Thanks for updates. We were able to have a comfortable dinner at polynesian instead of worrying about missing out. Bummer about hard line on time. Not thrilled with the idea of fighting my way through fireworks crowd to get in.

We were able to get in with our plastic DAH tickets. Everyone has said we need to go back out to get lanyards at 7.

So you got in early using the plastic ticket? Interesting. Anyone else try this? Any reason they would turn down MBs but not physical tickets?

Right, I just meant go back to the gate. It’ll be fine. I just wish I could run back and get them for everyone without dragging everyone back to the gate from the dessert party.

Sorry for posting so much, but it honestly wasn’t bad at all! Line “looked” long but moved super quickly. I’m already back at Adventureland. I suggest cutting through the stores to avoid fireworks crowds. I’ll try to post my experience tonight or tomorrow!

Would love to know how this goes for you...we will be in the same situation on the 30th. Fighting crowds to get the lanyard sounds frustrating

SO grateful for this thread. Moved all my FP+s to closer to 7PM, if they let us in any earlier it's all gravy.

Last year we were able to get lanyard at guest services without leaving the park but line was really long

We will be doing this too (although we bought desert party tickets) If it's any consolation, everyone says it's pretty amazing. I don't think it will be a waste of time
