Im in C for the half and got C for the 10K as well.

Half is light grey, challenge is blue. I think 10K is white but can't remember for sure. And don't remember the 5K color.

Maybe this is all a conspiracy - odd colors for participant shirts so we buy more merch!

The 10K shirt is what I'm calling raspberry - kind of dark dark pink but not quite red or purple.

That is so cute! So sad I didn't preorder! They didn't have any tink half full zips at all.

So disappointed in half race shirt. I hate gray and this is my second gray in a row--dark side was gray too.

I walked away with one race hat--that's it.

Per the CM, they may have extras of that jacket - check the finish area after the race on Sunday!

Last night my hubby on way home from Atlanta got super delayed and home really late. Missed my chance to run but don't worry coach @DopeyBadger i brought tons of running gear to get it in hopefully today or st least my run sat morning

No worries, you're going to do great! Just remember these last few training days will have minimal effect on the outcome of your race. All the hard work won't disappear suddenly. So stay confident and have fun!

Finished the 5K.

It was sort of weird...unlike last year, they "corralled" us this year (as in, bibs have corral letters on them) but then just placed people wherever as they arrived - first come, first served, which is what they did last year. So why put letters on the bibs?

Unless I'm mistaken, there was just one character photo-op on the course (Hook and Smee) - and it was "selfie only." I was not impressed. Otherwise I just saw what was essentially the pirate version of Streetmosphere.

Fun race overall though and I like the medal a lot!

Yes! I tried to take a video and my phone decided to be drunk and not focus on her.

Little pre-race touches like Tink flying and a "pirate" singing the Nationals Anthem were pretty cool.

You are correct. I'm not at Tink, but a friend of mine is... she spoke with rD staff after the 5K and was told rD decided to "test" something for Tink: no character stops for the 5K or 10K and reduced characters for the half. Why? Because people were stopping for long lines in races and getting swept.

***Like I said, I'm not at Tink, but wanted to share this info so others are aware for the 10K, and also that this could be the new norm for rD races. I strongly suggest making your voices heard on social media if you're not happy about the prospect (or reality, in Tink's case), of no more characters stops in rD races!***

Half way there - our flight is a little delayed from MsP to LAX, but not by much!

Damn that's good to know ... sucks for all of the people that paid for the Photopass thing but only had minimal character meets ... but I suppose there are the photographers on the course too, but still -- my run photos always come out bad cause I look like I'm gasping for air lol. The crafter photos were always nice but I've only taken a handful, lines were always long!

And congrats to all the 5k finishers! Still hoping to make the meetup tomorrow. It's nap time for me again though

Well, I appreciated the fact that we were not "Following the Leader" the whole 5K like in 2016.

It did feel more crowded though...and no real character stops...maybe they are trying to move people through faster.

Rudy only does WDW races at this time. No explanation was given, as far as I know.
