Did you need to have a Canadian billing address? Both my sister and I are dual citizens, but live in LA. If we can book using our home address and just show our passports that would be awesome!

I believe it says to bring your passport to the Ticket Centre to show proof. It's still available so you should be able to see what the requirements are.

There's def no way to see the day countdown on the app. I have looked and looked. Can see my resort reservation, and ADRs, but not how many days until my trip.

So glad I had my TA grab that Summer Room Discount. I just checked prices now (1 day later) and the prices have gone up (just over $170, and the only cheap standard room is at ASSp).

I'm quiet today because my dog decided to get me up at 4am and I couldn't go back to sleep. I also woke up to snow. Neither of things make for a happy pigletto.

Same here, woke up to snow. I think my DS4 and your dog think alike. DS4 crawled into our bed and ended up turning sideways and smacking me in the face in his sleep. Maybe I should hire him to keep me awake the night FD drops!

What if I am not exactly sure of the length of time we are going to stay. I am hoping to stay for 2 weeks. If free dining comes out and I book for 2 weeks, but then later need to scale back, will I be able to scale back without losing the free dining?

I'm book at CBR in December and have the gift card. We booked in January before knowing about the construction. We decided to stay in that resort for now...we will see what happens if/when FD drops.

We usually go to MK 2 or 3 times during a trip so we have lots of extra cards. We've had people stop and ask us about the cards before and after explaining the game, we've given cards to them to start them off. Speaking of cards, did you know you can collect transportation cards (monorails/boats/buses) and Wild about Safety cards.

My oldest DS just started collecting the transportation cards!

We're more pin collectors than traders, but not for lack of trying. We buy mystery packs for trading, but always end up keeping them .

That's my DD! We all have a bunch of pins to trade but she wants to keep all but maybe one of hers and then keeps stealing mine.

I would think so as long as you didn't go under the minimum required stay.

yes I believe so! When did you book? You should have received a email from Disney saying you got them! MAybe ask your TA? I booked myself and got the email a couple of days later!

Your checkin date is what meets eligibility for FD. If you book FD, then your room was available for FD. You should be able to drop days, as long as your checkin date is in the FD dates and you meet the other requirements.

Are these gift cards due to construction? What are they for? Pop is under construction as well and I'm not sure I want to stay there now.

View attachment 229922last year at world of color in Cali adventure this wonderful person pushes his way in front of all of us that had been waiting for about an hour in a fastpass viewing area. Mind you, he was about 6'4" on his own without the girl. I almost lost my mind haha

When we do world of color we get there early enough to be standing at the railing. I then hold on to the railing with both hands. I joking call it holding my frame ala dirty dancing ("you dont come into my dance space and I dont come into your dance space" ) I realized i need to to hold onto my space with both hands a few years ago when some first squeezed between be and the person next to me by shoving her should in the tiny hairs bredth between us and the trying to slowly squish infront of me and push me back. As i realized what was going on I grabbed the railing and held on as she starting pushing me with her back. I was not letting go for anything. Now my son laughs that I insist on "holding my dance space" on the railing for the entire show at every visit...nobody puts baby in the corner.
