Well I hope they are wrong because if they are right only 9 days will be included for September.

All of September was included last year.

If it was same as last year minus one day on each end, the entire month of sept would be available. But of course, no confirmed info.

• August 23 – October 1, 2016.
• November 15 – November 21, 2016.
• November 26 – November 28, 2016.
• December 10 – December 21, 2016.

Keep in mind food and wine start much earlier this year chances are that's drawing bigger crowds for September already add the earlier MnSSHP may make sense to exclude majority of September

I have a question about booking 2 rooms and I'm hoping someone can help! I've gone in previous years with FD so I'm kinda familiar with how it works but this year, my mom is going to join us and she'll need her own room. My goal is to book 2 rooms at POP with free dining. Can I personally book multiple rooms (and if so, how?), or does my mom need to book her room separately and then I have them attached somehow? I tried looking around to see if this has been answered before but couldn't find anything. Thanks!!!

You can do it yourself online if you want, but the only way that I know of to do it is with 2 separate reservations. I'm planning on doing the same thing if/when FD drops, then waiting a week or 2 until the phone lines die down a bit to call in to request connecting rooms.

I really want free dining and I could certainly use the savings (my lovely landlord just let me know that beginning June 1st she will be upping my rent 300 a month) but I dont know if I want it bad enough to move over to a mod under heavy construction.

This trip is my once in a lifetime dream trip-I live too close to the other Disney for it not to be my go to resort-so I want to do it right and enjoy myself. I am really hoping that I will be able to get free dining and that it will be offered at mods other than CBR and CSR or that it would bring a deluxe into my price range. Here is to hoping I guess.

SO I have done all of the math. I have tested three dates, and two rooms. I looked at Disney price, My TA price, FD price and 20% RO discount (Pete did say to check math, after all, it could have been more)

So 10 nights 8-day hopper DDP (pop)
Disney-5095
TA-4100
FD-3014
RP discount 20% 4542
This is just to show a difference in all these different prices. If anyone wants to use them for your own comparisons I thought I would share it.
Right now I am planning with the TA and picking some days for each park and starting to set up. If FD drops and I can get it. Either from me staying up so late, or my TA. Then it will work for us but if not I am just so excited to get to go finely. (and have this remake trip, in the making of 10 years lol)

Question for my fellow Canadians: I'm assuming that you won't be able to combine FD with the ticket discount right? Since it's a package I would think not but then there wouldn't be an issue doing RO + ticket discount?
Looks like either way I need to go back and do some math, not sure which route is more budget friendly for a party of 2 adults and then 2 adults + 2 kids staying in a mod.

Thanks for posting this. Great to see the different options. And that free dining still wins for a lot of people!

I have the added dilemma that my current reservation is at CBR and includes the $75 gc. If I can add free dining with that, then it is absolutely the cheapest I'll get. But if I can't put them together, then I have a few other options that end up similar in price.
I'm right on the limit too when I crunch numbers for OOP compared to paying for the DDP. Making my head spin!

I'm hoping Pixie dust comes my way and I get fd with the CBR gc and then I don't have to think about it any more!

I just read on another forum--someone says they have inside info of FD dates, and that they will be essentially the same as last year, but will start and end one day earlier. she also says it will drop "very soon"...don't know if true or not, but she says its insider info

Would that include the Disney visa extra dates?!?!?

I'll be really bummed if there are no free dining dates in October. We are planning our honeymoon for the end of October/beginning of November. So I'm either hoping it's not last years dates, or theres some other deal I can take advantage of.

I am anxiously waiting also! We leave for Disney on Friday and I hope it drops before then and not while I am there. I will probably book free dining for either Nov or Dec. I doubt any of October is included.
