I think this is my next step. I have some chicken scratch on paper but need a more organized approach. The biggest thing is deciding if value with upgrade to regular dining plan is better than staying moderate. But if PO isn't available, I think it's going to be a value. We have family coming with us this time and there's no room in their budget for deluxe.

The challenging thing about crunching numbers is determining what you will pay OOP for food. It's always best to build in extra because you just don't know what everyone is going to want to eat. I've done it by looking at all the menu's at every restaurant in Disney, including snacks and it came out very close. We ended up taking the room package and paying for food during the FD in 2015, it ended up working out better for us, but everyone's family size and preferences are so different. I'm hoping everyone gets what they need!

I suspect there are some issues with Google's machine translation of the page. I'd be curious to see an actual Japanese speaker's translation of it. But since it specifically mentions the Disney dining plan, I'd imagine that's what it is.

I know some Japanese speakers/readers, but none of them are Disney peeps. Probably be just as quick to learn Japanese myself as it would to initiate them into the intricacies of WDW FD and the details we're after!

I just reread my post. For those that were referring to the page being glitchy I was trying to explain people thought summer specials, like room discount, were coming out tomorrow. I was actually trying to get people to not get their hopes up that it was FD. I think I may have explained it wrong.
I probably should of just posted what you did! When those 2 show up with info, you know it's happening!

Since the summer offer that included the one free quick service meal went through 8/24 do you think they would have this running at the same time for those dates in August? I know the booking window for the other offer has passed just wondering if you have every seen two different dining deals offered at the same time?

it was April 25th last year, 2015 was April 27, ~ May 9th in 2013.

I only have a "cancel" button, no "modify". And I have done nothing to my reservation since I made it. Argh.
Does that mean the easiest thing is just to get a new reservation, then cancel the old one, if I am making it online?
It seems if I called, they would be able to modify the reservation, but it is very difficult to get through when FD drops, correct?

That's what I'm wondering as well. I called the other day and CM said to clear my internet history. That didn't work. So I called today and CM said that they are undergoing online refurbishments and the Modify Reservation link is part of that. He said there is no ETA on completion and that the only way to modify at the moment is to call! AHHHH It's so much easier, faster, and less stressful to add FD online.
