Just to throw in a recap from the Power of the Princess panel: a lot of AWESOME discussion from Jodi Benson, Paige O'Hara, Anika Noni Rose, and Auli'i Cravalho. Some great original pencil sketches from Mark Henn. They showed the WiR2 princess clip again, and they all shared their favorite line/lyrics from their films. Overall, incredible!! The Dream Big Princess campaign was pushed, which I loved. The panel was sooo incredible, very inspiring! Even DH says it was worth coming to the Expo for that

Hmmm...also I think this is a tad disappointing in that really nothing new was announced. I guess being in there you get to see a lot of stars, but the clips seem to be coming out almost instantly on-line. I'm sure a great atmosphere, but it makes me think I'd prefer the parks panel instead in 2019. BTW, thanks again @rteetz for the updates and links...see everyone at 6 PM, maybe we'll get a stream.

Higher % of Disney than I was expecting - not much new from Lucas or Marvel beyond a bit more info on movies we knew were coming

I too like the Dream Big Princess campaign

I have to go read about the Marc Davis one now! A huge takeaway from the Princess panel for me was that Anika Noni Rose is an inspiration and someone I need to know more about. She impressed me with her stage presence, her story, her humility, and her knock-out voice!

Thanks am thinking the same. I we do ever go I think Parks will be main priority and maybe try to squeeze in a smaller panel first thing or some shopping or something

I seriously need to preorder the Oswald book. Adore the Silly Symphonies book that came out last year and adore the Snow White book J.B. Kaufmann wrote so I'm expecting a similar experience

Definitely need to get I love Marc Davis. Did a visual design presentation on him a few years ago

Right - but no Black Panther? No Thor Rangorak? Maybe some Captain Marvel concept art or even Brie Larson in her costume? Not saying it wasn't cool, but I was thinking we would get more than that.
