Hey you! Am I to assume based on the new user pic that the marathon weekend went well for you?! That's a lot of bling!

It was AMAZING! But I'm just finally starting to feel like a normal person again. Ugh.

Our Magic Bands came yesterday! But still haven't received our Magical Express tags. And DD26 still has to mail mine to me after she gets them so they are cutting it close (we leave 2/14). I guess I will have to call them again today. It seems like every trip requires 2 phone calls for them.

Does anyone know if we changed resorts if we need different ME tags? Just changed to Yacht Club and going to celebrate our 10 year anniversary a little early! Hoping the weather is nice enough to enjoy the pool after the races!

Yes, I'm 99% positive that they have to have the correct resort so they know where to take your bags? It's either printed on the tag or in a bar code on it. Their direct number is 866-599-0951.

It's funny. I got my luggage tags weeks and weeks ago. I think it was because I called to give them my flight info. They showed up like a week after that. So early!

I declined the new Magic Bands. My sister got a Figment one for Christmas. I have one from my August 2014 trip that I hope will still work. If not, I may buy a cute new one. So hard to choose, though!

Keeping an eye on that crazy snowstorm that may or may not be coming our way this weekend. I can't be stuck in the house or have the gym close - I've got 12.5 miles on the agenda!

Small world. Whenever I see people with WDW or RunDisney stickers on their car, I want to stop them and talk to them. Is that creepy? Haha.

haha I am the same way. Here in Utah though, I mostly see DL stickers. I have seen a couple of RunDisney ones, and I'm super excited to put one on mine! I would love to talk Disney with anyone that stopped me lol

We are using a couple of old magicbands this trip ( Feb. 2014). From everything I've read they will work just fine for tickets and fast passes, but may have trouble with memory maker when you scan your band after a ride and such. Since we will have two new ones in our party, I'm not worried though. Hope yours works well for you!

No Magical Express tags here either and we leave on the 17th. Actually, no Magic Bands either.

Everyone who stays on Disney property can use Magical Express. Who did you "send in your flight info" to? You can call them at 866-599-0951 to make sure they have your reservation and that they are sending the tags to you. They are just a yellow, band/tag that you put on your bags to alert the Disney people at MCO that you are riding Magical Express so that they will take your bag to your hotel room for you.

Do you have a My Disney Experience account? If you do you can go in under Magic Bands and see if you have ordered them to be sent to your house. I believe if you are outside the US you will pick them up at your hotel, or if they don't have enough time to send them to you you can request to pick them up at your hotel. You can call Disney at 407-939-5277 to confirm this or go on the Disney.com webpage and do a live chat with a Disney Cast Member who can check for you.

For the Magic Express, they will send luggage tags. Your luggage will be delivered to your room...much later after you arrive. It does NOT go on the bus with you, but is picked up at the airport some "magical way" and makes it way to your room...all based on tags you put on your checked baggage at your departure airport. It is important that you keep anything important with you. Most won't check their running shoes..at least I won't.

The Magic Band is shipped a few weeks before departure date, I like to put it on before landing, it will be scanned to get you on the Magic Express bus and on your way to your hotel. Are you signed up for "My Disney Experience"? If so there was a place to choose your band color and personalize it.

Just got an email that our MagicBands shipped. We decided to order some for the cute luggage tags. Already have our ME luggage tags and I have to get my friends in the mail for her. But maybe I'll wait and send the regular luggage tag too. I don't really want to ship the MagicBand so I think I'll just give it to her when we meet up at the airport.

Tomorrow I start my first of two mock Princess weekends. 3 miles tomorrow, 4 Friday and 12 on Saturday. Two weekes from now I'll do 3.2, 6 and 13. Things are getting real!

TA and charity deadline must be coming up with quite a few bibs around to purchase (Acclaim apparently got a slew of them today), so I'm guessing this is an attempt to pique interest.

I am noticing this as a prevailing trend, though - with W&D as the exception, every recent race weekend has had TAs/charities scrambling to find takers for extra bibs before the deadline. Maybe RD needs to take a look at the allotment they give to those groups vs. general registration.

Pretty typical. This is why I always tell people to keep an eye on the boards and on the GSC/PHM Facebook groups for info. I always find information there before runDisney officially release it.

I would like to see more bibs for Dopey 2018. Although I just might have to go thru a T/A to get one.
