Official 2016 5th Anniversary Tinker Bell Half Marathon Weekend!

It's my understanding that the new '30's (at least the 230; I can't seem to find anyone with a 630 to ask them) also allow for reminders such as "at mile 3 remind me to drink water" or what not. IOW, you can actually set reminders based on time or distance. That right there would be the reason I'd buy the watch. I have such a hard time remembering to use gel or whatever every 35 minutes or what not.

Have you used that feature?? DC Rainmaker has great reviews on both the 230 and 630 but he only mentioned the smart notifications/reminders in the review of the 230.

I have a 620 and want a 630; but I want to make sure I can do the reminders on it before I plunk down the cash...

I have a 610 , l and wanted the 630 but when I talked to our local running center he told me the 630 would give me email and text notifications. I usually don't buy old technology but the 620 was on sale they were clearing them out. He said the only difference between the 620 and 630 was the social media notifications that would dislay on the watch being linked to my phone, and the satellite link a Russian satellite, also the digital read out was a little bigger other wise they were the same. I ended up buying the 620 . Just passing along what our running store said to me. When I'm out for a run a don't want to be distributed so I felt the price of the 630 was not worth it for me. Sorry I know this doesn't really answer your question

No but it's helpful information if the 620 and 630 are really that close, than likely no it does not include the smart reminders. I have a 620 and I do enjoy it I have no complaints, just would love to be able to add that featur just would love to be able to add that feature.

I was talking to the manager of my local running store and she said too that not many people like their vivoactive watches and a lot do come back and move to the forerunner series. Wearable technology is such a huge thing right now with every company trying to do it perfectly to corner the market. It's a mess.

Seeing the Princess medals today got me excited for the Tink 10K medal that'll be released in the next few months. Hopefully it looks different than the last two.

I just checked a few TAs Magical Miles, and Acclaim travel didn't say if they were sold out, but I know Acclaim had a ton of challenge bibs. I'd tell her to shoot those two an email to ask. Marathon Tours was 100% sold out. But not for Dopey! Hahah

I saw that for some races they offered discounted park tickets, do they do that for this one? I like to buy tickets early but will wait if there is a chance of savings?

Heading to the runDisney expo later on today (Thursday) - not running Star Wars but that doesn't stop me from enjoying the running merch! I'll let you guys know if I see any sneak peeks of the Tink medals. Probably won't be there, but you never know. They may have an ETA of date reveal.
