I am VERY nervous for my runs this weekend. I was good and took a rest day yesterday, like I said, and my back has been feeling pretty good. But I'm still nervous!
I'm trying to get myself pumped up so I figured a good way to do that was to pick out some cute outfits to wear...yes, it has come to this.
I have my Princess Half ADRs tomorrow first thing in the morning and then I'm heading right out the door for 5 miles - I think I'm going to be super cautious and do run 2:00/walk 1:00 intervals. And then depending on how that goes maybe 3:00/1:00 on Saturday.
I also figured out that my shoes I use for cross training activities (TRX + general walking around) were totally shot, so I pulled a new pair out of the closet today. SO MUCH BETTER!
