Email got me super nervous. I'm no where near where I should be. My body is just not where it was last year. I am up to 3 miles but the "dreadmill" is killing me. It's a mental an physical game for me. The treadmill is too boring and technical. When I'm out in the open I can just listen to my body and go. Try to get bak up to 5 easy miles by this week so that ill be better again.
