So go slow and low mileage for a couple of weeks. And keep that foam roller handy!![]()

I mean, I feel great after using it but I don't think it's solving the problem. I read in runner's world. com that strengthening does heaps more to help than stretching. They had some great simple moves to do with an exercise band that has helped solve 90% of my IT issues.
