How can you find out which parties are sold out?

Flying down for the weekend with my son for the first party next week. We went last month for the MNSSHP and that was his 4th time going to it, but first to the Christmas Party. Complete surprise for him...will pick him up early from school to go.

I think so far it's just the first one. I think it just shows on the purchase page.

Haven't read through all the posts here, but has anyone given any thought to 11/14's party??

That's ideally the party I'd like to attend since it's a Thursday, but that's the same night DHS is closing early....so....what are you guys thinking....will the 14th be as busy as I'm thinking because of DHS closing or would it be better than the 17th (Sunday)??

Any thoughts would be appreciated....my brain is too full of Disney planning to give it more thoughts that I already have....

Well that was my thought? I did go ahead and buy party tickets for 11/14! Crowd or no crowd it's a Disney Christmas party!!!!

There are two parades.. And fireworks are around 9 on party nights I believe.

My kids have been going since 11 months- thank God for strollers!

Every year since we have made it past the second parade (a lot less crowded to watch second one) and do rides while first one is running!

I'm just wondering because we were going to try to fit in a few minutes at a dance party and maybe 1-2 rides after the 10:30 parade.

The parade usually lasts around 45 minutes. (I think from what I can remember from last year)

If you watch the parade from the Frontierland area, plan on approximately 30 minutes. If you are on Main Street or near the Train Station, you will spend quite a few minutes waiting for the parade to reach that area.

Many people recommend the area near the Diamond Horseshoe or Columbia Harbour House.

It's not that long, even if you're including the wait time if you're at the opposite end from where it starts. I did a search for videos on youtube (it's called Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade), and the longest video I found was 22 minutes, but most were under 20 minutes, so I would guess that the longer ones are including pre- or post-parade footage.

That is the party that I will be at I am thinking it will be very busy because of the early DHS closing, but that was the only party that fit into my schedule. In fact, I will be surprised if it doesn't sell out. DHS closes at 4 and AK closes at 6 that night, so I think a lot of people will end up going to the party. I also bet Epcot and Downtown Disney will be really crowded that night too!

Jungle Cruise is usually closed for the parties...with the holiday overlay, what are the chances that Jingle Cruise will be part of MVMCP? Seems like a no brainer to me, but then again, what do I know
