Official 2013 MNSSHP Guest List Thread

Just updating my information as I have now revealed my costume on my pre-TR.
We are already on the list for the 10/3 party.

DBF & I will be dressed as two of the stretching portraits from the Haunted Mansion: Tightrope Girl (Lillian Gracey) and Dynamite Guy (Alexander Nitrokoff)

My costume is done, DBF's just needs a couple small items that I will finish this week.

I just have a small update to our costumes. My DD7 will be going as a Fifties Sock Hop Girl instead of a 60's Teen Beach Movie girl. That Lela costume is a hard one to come by & Unfortunately my seamstress mother just had back surgery Her new 50's costume is really adorable though!

I am not dressing up as Stitch due to Stitch's dance party being changed to Monsters Inc. The whole excitement was getting my picture taken with (near, dancing with, whatever) Stitch while dressed as Stitch.

Not sure what I'm doing now. My daughter says I shoudl wear her "Stitch eating your head" hat and a lei and say I'm Pleakley.

You are so sweet! Yes, I did make this myself! It's been a lot of work, but I've had fun with the process and documenting everything in my pre-TR. My shoes finally came today, so the last touch will be adding the ribbons so they'll tie up like ballet shoes!

Thank you so much! I'm hoping DBF and I will get some fantastic pictures around the HM - especially the PhotoPass magic shots with the hitchhiking ghosts!

After some soul searching and thinking yesterday, I've decided to go as Snow White. I've got a blue teeshirt I'm going to fabric paint red stripes on the sleeves of, and I'm going to make a tee-length yellow tutu skirt for it. Now to just decide what to do about shoes - If I'm going to spend 8 hours in the park I very well may be in my Teva sandals. hehehe.

Myself and SO are still undecided - most likely themed T-shirts!

What about wearing brown shirts and creating faces on them and going as Mr. and Mrs Potato Head?

I got started on DD's Rapunzel skirt last night. This is the first layer, there'll be a second shorter later on top to give it some "poof".

I think ours ship today. We had until yesterday to customize them. Hopefully they arrive Friday or Saturday, I want to see them before DH and I leave on vacation. (DD18 will be home to get them though.)

I didn't get to try the new bracelets ;( we r staying at fort wilderness campground & that isn't a resort for the trial ;( but I have gotten some Mickey mail & our Halloween costumes came today for our 1st MNSSHP on oct 14 my DH & I are going to be Mr & Mrs Potato head & DD is going to be the lil alien from toy story sooooo excited for our anniversary trip
