The female Dreamfinder costume is a definite go for me!! DSis is just waiting to see if a friend can work some magic on her Dip costume in time to apply a bit of glow-in-the-dark puffy paint. I'll post pictures as soon as we get the pieces back. (Also, I don't think I need the 'formerly known as' names anymore. Thanks for having them before!) 10 days, oh my gosh!

I figured I'd pop in with a photo update! (To refresh: I'll be Oswin Oswald and DBF will be the 11th Doctor from Doctor Who, since it's been awhile!) I'm almost done (considering that 48 hours from now I'll be AT MK and AT THE PARTY I better be almost done!)

I still have a few things to do: buy white shoelaces and the big one is attach my random computer parts to the belt. I painted some old routers and modems from Salvation Army to make them look slightly weathered, and I'll be Velcro-ing them to the belt (since I'll be re-doing it in the future for conventions, right now I'm just trying to get it passably done for the party!)

DBF is done, since as I mentioned before had his costume left-over from last year is also done! Now photos of him till we get home though

Hope everyone's costuming is coming out well!

One small final update for us on October 6th-- I'm definitely going as Wreck It Ralph and my DW as village Belle, so you can change our costumes on the front page (our pictures are still in the same post.) I can't wait until DW meets Gaston while dressed as Belle. That should be interesting... ;-)

I would enter the park at 4pm and meet him first, that way, you don't have to spend party time seeing him. Here is his schedule (his exact location in the BatB area can vary, so look for his Photopass photographer, who arrives a few minutes beforehand):

Great advice-- thanks! I didn't know Gaston's particular schedule.

Our plan was to get there right at 4pm and see some of the non-party specific characters first, like Gaston and the Storybook Circus characters. We also have a FP+ for Enchanted Tales With Belle at 5:00 on that day, so we'll be able to get that done before the party also. We're going to skip Jack and Sally (they will be meeting on our cruise also) and go right for 7 Dwarves, followed by Princes/Princesses who should be meeting at Fairytale Hall by 10/6. I pray for good weather that night!

Hey Smitch....my daughter finally decided on a costume. Shes going as a tigress. My son is still Jack sparrow. My dh and I are wearing Halloween tshirts and I'm wearing mickey mouse ears....he might too if I can convince him lol

My husband and I will be going as Cinderella (ballgown) & Prince Charming!

Still up in the air if I am going to bother with the hoop skirt, I'm thinking I'll stick to just the petticoat for the sake of rides unless anyone has suggestions on how to make that work.

Just the 2 of us, on October 17th. We are celebrating our 2 year anniversary and *extremely* belated honeymoon (thanks Navy..)!

We have a 5:20PM ADR for Crystal Palace.

This will be our first time at MNSSHP, super excited!
