Taryn- that's great! Thanks for sharing your interval times. I am also doing Galloway and am very interested in what everyone else is doing for times and how that affects their pace.

I also do the Galloway method and typically use a 2:1 interval. If I'm running a short distance 2-3 miles I sometimes will do a 3:1 or 5:1. I really do best though with the 2:1. My average pace is typically ~ 11:30 min/mi.
