Princesses, help me please cause I am freaking out!!! I got a new injury I've never had before and now I'm pretty disappointed
I haven't run in over 2 weeks (maybe twice out of that) cause I had a cold and then a stomach virus. I did run on Sun with nothing but went out this morning and mile 2 started feeling plantar fascitis!! I've always had IT band issues but NEVER the bottom of my feet. I did wear a pair of heels last Sunday to church and my foot was killing me Monday so I threw them away and figuered it'd get better over time after I wore sneakers. It did until today, all of a sudden, what did I do?? how did this happen? Could it really be from just a pair of heels to activate it and now its gonna come and go?? Is it better to try and run through it? Wearing sneakers actually is making it hurt worse but I read barefoot is supposed to be worse for it, I don't know
Right now my foot is in a bowl of ice, thats about all I do know, lol! What do you ladies recommend?
