Hey Jennifer, thanks! I would guesstimate that I ran the first 3 miles without stopping. The next 1.5 miles was a combination of walking and running. Maybe 2 minutes running, 1 minute walking. I walk really really fast though. My husband, who is in really good shape, can't keep up with me when I am walking - he has to jog. I guess that is a good thing

Whether I can keep that up for another 8 miles remains to be seen. With only 10 weeks to go, I just plan on adding another mile each week.
I must say that I was BEYOND ready for that run to be over last night...sigh. 13 miles seems such a long way!
