My favorite olympic sport to watch is gymnastics. Always has been.

The gymnasts im rooting for this year are Shawn Johnson, Chellsie Memmel, Alicia Sacramone and Nastia Liukin.

Ok, I'll add a question to this thread.

Who here likes beach volleyball????? I don't, don't, don't. I don't know why that I don't like it. I always turn the channel whenever beach volleyball is going to be aired.

I love just about 85% of the other sports and especially the regular volleyball.

I have mixed feelings about this. I would love to see the Americans win but I'm not sure if I'd like it like this. Those Chinese girls, whatever their ages, did a good job so I don't know.

I somewhat agree and didnt know about the 15 minimum age limit...but I did notice they seem young but didnt think a whole lot about it....I dont know if because they were so much smaller an lighter would give them an advantage...China did a good job an earned the gold

I just watched a great woman's court vollyball match betwee China and Cuba ...China was up 2 sets to 0 and Cuba came back an won 3 sets in a row to win the match...it was awesome !!!

Whatever their ages, the Chinese were awesome in gymnastics. Didn't that last girl's floor routine remind you of Dominique Moceanu's "Devil Came Down to Georgia?" She had the hometown crowd clapping. It was like when the home team won in Atlanta.

Who are the replacements on the US girls gymnastics team? I know they had two drop out, but the names didn't mean anything to me then. Now, that I've seen their faces and heard their names, I was wondering if anyone knew.

I love all volleyball.

I think a lighter person could have an advantage in some of the sports but then a few others might be easier for someone with more strength. I looked closely at the Chinese girls and really only two MIGHT be questionable.

I suppose if they were too young it'll all come out later.

thanks...I thought it would have already been done if it was going to happen...but we shall see. the 2 youngest did a great job...maybe they dont tire as easy since there so young...lol
