Hi all -
I normally am not on these boards but I am looking for information that I just can't find anywhere else.. has anyone ever heard of "office bootcamp" workout???
Basically its a program that doesn't allow you the excuse that you don't have time to work-out because of long workdays behind a desk. A collegeu of mine heard about it on a business trip and we are looking for the program and google has been no help. She did bring back a little information with her like:
Do chair crunches 3x a work day while at your desk
Never just stand at the copier making copies, etc.. you do something whether it is leg lifts, toe pushes, small arm circles, etc.
Wall push-ups (this cracks me up but it works)...each time you use the rest room you use the door to the stall or sink counter and do at least 15 wall push ups.
Chair leg lifts... feet on the ground, slowly lift legs with toes pointed hold for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times...
Anyway, has anyone heard of this program or have other office exercises to try??
Thanks
